A very pleasant place with wonderful staff. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and a pianist plays live, making the experience even more special. The presentation of the dishes is original and elegant. I particularly enjoyed the hummus and the Pavlova dessert. I highly recommend this establishment, which also offers a magnificent sea view.

A wonderful discovery. The setting is lovely; we chose to dine in the garden with a superb view of Roquebrune Castle. The service was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The concept of sharing plates (or not) is interesting. All the dishes were excellent (well-seasoned, flavorful, and beautifully presented).

Disappointment. The menu and presentation of the restaurant were far too pretentious compared to the actual quality and flavor of the food. The cocktails, however, were excellent. The service needs improvement. Aperitifs were served at the same time as the main courses, rather quickly (too quickly), then nothing for 30-40 minutes. No water, and it was impossible to order another drink or another dish. Finally, we were able to get water with dessert. One of the waiters brought us the menu, another took our order, and then the same man (apparently confused) brought us the menu again. This isn't a major issue in itself, but it doesn't live up to the "Master Restaurateur" label. The staff seemed under pressure; the young people working there were doing their best. This is a criticism of the organization, not of the waiters' skills. At the same time, if the waitress is also responsible for making the cocktails (which are excellent, by the way), you're already at a snag in terms of management. A cocktail takes 3-4 minutes to make in the best-case scenario. If you have an order of 6 or 7 cocktails, then there's no service guaranteed on that floor during that time, or the service is severely compromised. It's hard to believe that a master chef wouldn't be able to manage this. Average atmosphere.

Yesterday we dined at the restaurant "La Roquebrunoise," which features a rooftop terrace, cocktail bar, roof garden, and live piano music. It was a wonderful evening for our family in a fantastic atmosphere. Owner and host Fred was incredibly attentive and anticipated our every need. The food was outstanding and highly recommended, especially the fish (sea bass), fish tartare, liver tartare, and a select vegetarian menu. Afterwards, we enjoyed a large cheese platter, an extravagant request from my eldest daughter, which delighted us all. To finish, we had a Calvados and an espresso, crème brûlée (flambéed), and handmade ice cream with a brownie! The portions were perfectly balanced, exceptionally flavorful, cooked to perfection, and full of natural goodness. An absolute delight. We will definitely return next year, as we always dine here. Fred and his team won us over, and I highly recommend it. Reservations are necessary, however, as it's always very busy. A true hidden gem!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! An 11/10 stars for us. The service was great and very good at recommendations and the food was the best we've had on the whole trip. We ended up ordering more food just to see what new flavors would explode in our mouths. Now we are considering rescheduling tomorrow's plans so we can come back and eat more.
