The definition of a good and beautiful restaurant is perfect, and La Souris d'Agneau is flawless. The food was excellent, and the manager was very welcoming.

The lamb shank alone is worth the trip: I've never eaten one so perfectly prepared.
The place is beautiful and peaceful; you settle in naturally.
The owners welcome you with genuine warmth, simple and sincere, the kind you wish you could find more often.
And the frozen nougat is remarkable.
A restaurant with real substance, and one that makes you want to come back.

One of, if not the best, restaurants in Nantes. Top-notch service, cuisine, and atmosphere, and of course, an extraordinary couple who run the place. It all embodies the essence of fine French cuisine. Hesitation shouldn't even be a factor when deciding whether or not to go. See you soon!
