Nobel for Yvan! Imaginative cuisine, a feast for the palate and the eyes. A different menu every night. Excellent value for money. And outstanding service, both kind and efficient. Fourth stay at Mas des Carassins, the restaurant is accessible from the outside (strongly recommended to book). A pure delight.

23/09/2024: Our future canteen on St Rémy. No disappointment Good, good, and fair price. I recommend
18/09/2024: Lunch on Sunday September 8. And it’s worth getting away from Saint Rémy a little. Of course we are not in the heart of the village. But it’s very well cooked; the prices are reasonable. There are 2 very good menus. The welcome is good and the service is attentive. In short, a great place to eat. (terrace at the back where you are not stuck to others)

31/10/2024: Very nice evening in a warm setting. The dishes are delicious and refined.
09/10/2024: Very friendly service, excellent lunch menu. At least it deserves a mention in the Michelin Guide. We were definitely very pleasantly surprised and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.
