I loved this moment in the heart of the village of Aups, pure, lively cuisine, taste of flavors, surprising combinations. Don’t hesitate to book and take the time to enjoy the cuisine of this welcoming couple. 5 stars sublime from start to finish.

Two weeks on holiday in Régusse. And drove to Aups twice to eat in this fantastic restaurant. The 1st time the Truffle Menu, more than amazing, truffle was used in both the starter, main course and dessert, so delicious and beautiful dishes. No words, heavenly. The 2nd time a 3 course menu, starter with mussels, so special, the main course risotto with artichoke, avocado, raspberry and parmesan, the dessert was an explosion in your mouth, so special: lime ice cream, ginger, basil-almond cookies. Heavenly again. Outside the menu you get appetizers, including a duck tartelet, with potato-parmesan "puree" and lime juice, and a nice dessert: lime ice cream with passion fruit, mango and gin and tonic mouse. Best dessert ever! Very friendly owner who is happy to tell you everything about what you are going to eat. Manger is a party. We will definitely come back when we are on holiday here again. Highly recommended.

But what delights... From appetizers to desserts, the dishes follow one another, offering incredible and refined flavor combinations. A great taste journey guaranteed. Even the little extras offered, between the main courses, are surprising. And a big thank you for your kindness. We advise everyone to come and enjoy themselves at your place. And we will definitely come back!

Excellent discovery, congratulations to the couple who manage both exceptional cuisine inspired by their travels, as well as the service! We chose the 3-course service which was delicious from A to Z! Little crush on the chocolate truffle dessert, at first it's disturbing to have something sweet with truffle, but it's really very good!

Wonderful moment, fine, thoughtful and surprising dishes. The cuisine has everything of a starred restaurant. Bravo to the chef and the pastry chef, we will be back!

Agréable moment passé ce samedi 5 Août pour ce jour spécial pour nous. Nous avons pris le menu 4 services à la truffes à 85 € avec un vin rouge à 35 € conseillé. Tout est de qualité du début à la fin et la truffe fraîche est servie en conséquence. Le chef et la pâtissière marie et femme ne sont pas avare d explication. De pure restaurateur ouvert à la transmission de leur savoir. Merci pour ce moment de bonheur gustatif Olivier et Sandrine
