Restaurant la Verrière sur Saint-Malo

Everything was excellent! The setting, the staff (from the youngest to the most experienced), the table setting, and the food itself! I was lucky enough to have full board for four days and thoroughly enjoyed every single meal!

Wonderful moments at La Verrière restaurant during a stay at the Saint-Malo Thalassotherapy Center. Thank you to the chef for the vegetarian dishes! Bravo to the pastry chef for the exquisite desserts!

Having been on a full-board basis for the past week, I ate at this restaurant twice a day for six days: - The service is excellent. - The food is excellent. - The dishes are varied and delicious. - The service is fast. Furthermore, I am used to staying in 5-star luxury hotels, both in Paris and elsewhere, and being quite demanding, it would be difficult to give this restaurant (and the hotel in general) a rating below 4. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant. A chef and a pastry chef offer a varied menu with carefully selected recipes. The dishes are beautifully presented. The service is very professional, attentive, and personalized. The dining room is superb. Kudos to the team!
