The food and drinks were good, but when we went, the restaurant was full, yet there were only two waitresses who were completely overwhelmed. This spoiled the atmosphere because the wait between courses was long. Furthermore, the downstairs room was poorly lit. A bit disappointed.

A superb discovery! This gourmet restaurant is fantastic. The service team (Noémie, Sophie, and Eva) is very professional and friendly, and the food is a true culinary journey! Hakim, the chef, works wonders! From appetizer to dessert, it's a delight! I highly recommend it, and my partner and I will definitely be back!

We had a very good meal yesterday at L'Absinthe; the dishes were beautifully presented and the service was efficient. There were six of us, and we unanimously recommend it. It's best to book in advance.

3-course dinner menu for 30 euros. The standard non-gastronomic fare within the city walls. Limited selection, which generally guarantees the freshness of the ingredients. Well-executed and well-presented dishes. Good, original cuisine without being pretentious. Simple and tasteful setting. One downside is the service... jaded and minimalist, unfortunately common in this type of ultra-touristy city. It remains a good address.
