Finally, a good restaurant that knows how to serve its customers without selling them bland, tasteless crepes and galettes. This restaurant truly deserves five stars; the food is excellent. Moreover, the ingredients are high-quality and very fresh. The dishes are beautifully presented, and there's plenty of food. The service was superb. I highly recommend it.

The food and drinks were good, but when we went, the restaurant was full, yet there were only two waitresses who were completely overwhelmed. This spoiled the atmosphere because the wait between courses was long. Furthermore, the downstairs room was poorly lit. A bit disappointed.

A superb discovery! This gourmet restaurant is fantastic. The service team (Noémie, Sophie, and Eva) is very professional and friendly, and the food is a true culinary journey! Hakim, the chef, works wonders! From appetizer to dessert, it's a delight! I highly recommend it, and my partner and I will definitely be back!

We had a very good meal yesterday at L'Absinthe; the dishes were beautifully presented and the service was efficient. There were six of us, and we unanimously recommend it. It's best to book in advance.

19/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Of course, we had checked the Google reviews before eating at this crêperie, and I must say we were very pleased, contrary to what we had read: the galettes were substantial and delicious, the service was pleasant, and the staff were attentive. 19/04/2026: The galettes were very good, the welcome very pleasant, the service too, quick and efficient, however even if the carafes are pretty beware of corks (mold) ☺️☺️

01/12/2024: We ate there last night. The best is pleasant despite the narrowness of the terrace. The staff is friendly and the pancakes are good. The only downside may be the somewhat “high” price: €20 for a raclette pancake, that’s it. A little excessive even if it is good. Nevertheless I recommend this place
