I’m giving this place a 3/5. I ordered the diots with crozet gratin. The gratin itself was quite tasty, though it had a bit too much heavy cream, making the texture rather liquid. On the plus side, the sauce from the sausages paired perfectly with the crozets. However, the diots were a real disappointment—they had absolutely no flavor and were completely bland. As for dessert, the chocolate fondant was underwhelming. It didn’t really live up to its name since it wasn't molten or 'runny' at all in the middle. Overall, a bit of a letdown.

A warm welcome in a typical mountain atmosphere, perfect for recharging your batteries after a morning on the slopes. The food is delicious, and both the owner and staff are fantastic! I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome from the owner, present, friendly, pleasant. Family teamwork. Traditional Savoyard cuisine, generous and gourmet, the berthoud and the tartiflette truly delicious 😋 a treat. A very beautiful chalet and a beautiful terrace with a superb view of the bottom of the Abondance valley. A lovely address that we will revisit skiing on.

Delicious slow-cooked roast pork, accompanied by a tartiflette-style gratin, is the perfect way to round off your hike. All accompanied by Roussette served in a milk jug. Original and authentic! A friendly place that we highly recommend!
