All the excellent service from A to Z, both waiting time and service, pace of it, qualities and taste and presentation of the dishes, wines including variety of offers of these (glasses, bottles of 37.5 and 50 cl in numerous wines at reasonable prices!), excellent value for money. Our lunch was enchanting. We will come back, for sure!.

The dishes are tasty, and the desserts are always delicious! Very cozy atmosphere, an ideal place for a romantic dinner.

Small and fine restaurant with the same menu. I find the prices very reasonable for what is offered. We ate in the old town the evening after, two classes worse for about the same price. The next time we visit Strasbourg, L'Amuse-bouche is a must for us.

01/04/2024: Classic cuisine of excellent quality. Impressive wine list: the 6 or 7 largest estates in Alsace are present there, with numerous vintages from around twenty years at relatively affordable prices.

02/04/2024: A sure value in the perimeter with a decoration typically Made in Alsace, half-timbering, furniture, frescoes, various objects etc. etc. , The ideal place for lunch or dinner in an old-fashioned schtube-style decor in the heart of Petite France Strasbourg, at reasonable prices and satisfactory and acceptable quality for generous plates and a decent tarte flambées.
02/04/2024: Meals are huge. If you're ravenous go nuts, but otherwise it's a good idea to split one Baeckeoffe between 2. They're huge.
