It's good, it's nice, the prices are fair, and the food is delicious. The decor is Alsatian, it's a style, but it lingers in your mind, and for that reason alone, we'll be back. The tarte flambée is expertly made. A very charming spot in a very touristy area where some places wouldn't hesitate to serve you bland and overpriced food. L'Arbalète isn't a tourist trap, but a truly lovely restaurant! And we absolutely love it!

We discovered this restaurant during a stay in Ribeauvillé, and what a find! Excellent from aperitif to dessert. So good that we went back the next day. The service was top-notch, the food delicious and homemade.
I highly recommend it.

I came alone one weekday evening during the Christmas market season.
There was space available without a reservation.
The staff is very friendly.
The homemade foie gras was excellent, perhaps a little pricey, but worth it!
The sauerkraut is also very good and plentiful, as is the ice cream for dessert.

Thisbis a very nice setting, in a very central location in one of the most beautiful towns anywhere, and the service is good and the atmosphere is fitting. Our mistake may have been about the dishes we chose, and perhaps if chose more local cuisine it would have been better. But the options we took (e.g., Caesar salad) were a disappointment.

Everything was delicious, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the only thing is that it took a long time from when we arrived until they took our order because many tables arrived at the same time and they were short-staffed, but then they didn't take long to bring out the food
