Service by apprentices, so a little hesitant but that's what makes the charm of this establishment, I recommend.

Center Technique Hôtelier l’Arlequin has been training young people in the hotel and catering profession since 1975 through two level 3 diplomas, the CAP Cuisine and the CAP Marketing and Services in Hotel-Café-Restaurant. Very friendly and warm place. Very good product, the plates are carefully decorated, you can only enjoy it from start to finish. I recommend.

The dishes served were very good and it was really visible that all the students were working hard to do well. It's a shame that one of the trainers was so bitter...acerbic in her comments towards the students. I had compassion for them.

Establishment not to be confused with a restaurant. Well supervised by a firm and welcoming teaching team, very young people learn their future professions, from the kitchen to the dining room. A bath of youth that is a pleasure to share.

Always a real pleasure to come to this place, the cuisine is good and refined and the supervisory staff and students are really very pleasant. The atmosphere is very friendly. Thanks to Maud and Johanna as well as the students who took care of us. We had a very pleasant time.

The young people are full of desire and do everything to put us at ease. I congratulate them and I highly recommend this place for a meal with friends, family or others....

29/03/2024: The service was really nice and even so we didn't talk french they understood us completely. When we finished they even gave us candy. The food was good, but we had to wait a lot of time to get it. I don't know if it was because they had a lot of people or they were just slow. The place was nice, but it was small for the people they had. Generally, it was a really good place to eat and I recomend it.
