A great place to stop in Épinal, offering excellent value for money: the welcome, the presentation, and the quality of the food. We wish we could find more restaurants like this in France!

Probably the best restaurant we visited on our vacation in epinal.
The plates are original, home made and big. For a higher level of cuisine, im suprised that you get a lot on your plate (lots of vedgetables to, in contrary to most restaurants in france). Unlike most high cuisine restaurants, you wont leave this place with hunger.
Service is very friendly
Oh and the coffee is from an italian coffee machine. Perfect!

This restaurant is a benchmark in Épinal if you're looking for refined, balanced cuisine that showcases fresh, seasonal produce, especially vegetables.
Always a delight for the taste buds.
Also worth noting is the consistently warm welcome.
You can go there without hesitation.

A truly excellent restaurant in Épinal, consistently high quality and reasonably priced. The service is friendly, with humor and kindness. A very good wine list. Special mention goes to the sauces and vinaigrette, and to the array of perfectly cooked vegetables, which isn't always the case. A must-try, and worth repeating. Reservations are highly recommended.

The "L'Aromance" menu at €33 (very good value for money) features fresh produce. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The staff at reception were professional. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely meal with friends, choosing the set menu, which was excellent; otherwise, the à la carte menu is a bit pricey. The set menu offered good, fairly traditional cuisine. The service was pleasant and friendly; there was no impatience even though we lingered a bit :)

Two meals, Friday and Saturday evenings.
Friday, lamb shank for me and turbot for my wife. Delicious and impeccable service.
Saturday evening, scallops for my wife and sweetbread salad for me. Just as delicious as ever, and the waiter was as attentive and pleasant as always. We will gladly return.

We had our end-of-year meal with colleagues from my surveying firm, V’Géo, and we had a wonderful time! The service was pleasant and quick, and the food was absolutely delicious! A complete success! I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!
