L'Aromance is a charming bistro located in the heart of Épinal, not far from Place des Vosges. The setting is warm and friendly, perfect for a simple lunch or dinner.
The cuisine is generous and flavorful, focusing on local dishes, with a nice modern touch on some plates. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and carefully prepared.
We had a wonderful time. The service was pleasant and attentive. In fact, several of the dishes on the menu caught our eye... we'll definitely be back to continue exploring!

This is a successful second attempt at this place. A warm and dynamic welcome puts you at ease from the moment you arrive. A smile on your face and a light touch accompany you throughout this culinary experience. Atypical and generous dishes range from duck breast with chocolate sauce to salmon tataki or a sweetbread and kidney duo. Each dish is both a delicious surprise that will excite your taste buds and a delight for the eyes. Beautifully presented, they make you want to taste them.
Overall, this is a very nice restaurant for those who want to experience as much as they want to eat.
