L'Art de Vivre sur Narbonne

We stopped by for a meal and wine tasting at this lovely estate. Cédric, the restaurant manager, gave us excellent advice, was very personable, and had a great sense of humor. A beautiful place!

My wife and I attended a tasting of eight wines. The price was €129 per person. The price is completely unreasonable. They poured a sip of wine that costs an average of €40 per bottle. For €258, you could buy all the iconic wines by the bottle at the château shop. And drink them peacefully. We were disappointed, especially after Châteauneuf du Pape, where it's customary to offer free wine. In short, the tasting wasn't worth the money. The winery shop has a bar where you can try any wine you want for a reasonable price, then read all about it on the winery's website and decide whether to buy it. The €129 tasting is a rip-off and a bummer.

We just had our end-of-year company meal at Chez Paule. A delicious meal, a professional and attentive team! An excellent experience!

A fantastic place, phenomenal service, excellent cuisine, and incredibly comfortable rooms. It's a paradise on earth, a place you'll want to return to. Incredible energy.

We enjoyed a delicious five-course lunch with wine pairings at the restaurant L'Art de Vivre: everything was perfect, from the delicate pairings and elegant presentations to the local produce and attentive, personalized service. Thank you all for this wonderful culinary experience! Furthermore, the château is ideally located amidst the vineyards, allowing for a pleasant stroll afterward in a stunning setting! We will gladly return to discover Chez Paule, the estate's other restaurant!

A wonderful wine resort in a fantastic location among the vineyards. Great food. Lovely breakfast. Although the hotel was almost fully booked, none of the areas felt crowded. We even did two wine tastings, and the wine selection is huge. The "Gran vins" in particular are of outstanding quality. Very attentive service. The receptionist even came out to the parking lot to help us load the car. We highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars!!!

Dinner at Chez Paule: pleasant and well-maintained setting, attentive and professional staff, but the meal itself wasn't quite up to par. A €35 set menu was bland and rather small. The ambiance alone isn't enough to make me want to return.
