Je ne connais pas l’art de vivre du cuisinier, mais après avoir goûté sa cuisine, je peux conclure que son art culinaire est prodigieux !! Nous choisissons le menu élévation et un accord mets et vins d’exception. Les plats sont excellents magnifiés par des goûts et des arômes inhabituels et surprenants. Et le mariage avec les vins Gérard Bertrand servis est réussi . Les assiettes sont belles et la présentation gastronomique très raffinée. Le tout dans une salle à la décoration contemporaine et une vue imprenable sur les vignes. Le service est professionnel et souriant . Nous avons été surpris de la qualité des plats proposés dans ce restaurant alors qu’il n’est en possession que d’une étoile verte . Nous ne manquerons pas d’y revenir .

This is a terrific location. Rooms were very large especially for an European hotel, very clean and well stocked. The bathroom and shower were amazing. Two restaurants on location, with a bar and wine tasting room. We didn't get to do a tour because our guide was sick and it was off-season so they didn't have a back up but it was communicated well to us. The staff was very nice and would recommend staying here if you're looking for a countryside getaway. Also I was able to book with points through Hilton which is a brand new feature with SLH.

Very beautiful estate. We enjoyed the suite we stayed in. Dinner at the gourmet restaurant was very good. Correct food and wine pairing. Small downside about the welcome at reception when we arrived. We arrived on a Sunday around 4 p.m. We had notified our arrival for 3 p.m. and the person on the phone confirmed that the room would be ready. In reality the room was not ready. So we had to wait in the bar area, telling us that it wouldn't be long. It was raining heavily. 1 hour later, at 5 p.m., we returned to reception to find out where our room was. They don't tell us anything and so we have to wait at the bar again. The bar area was filled with guests waiting for their rooms. Finally we were accompanied to the room at 5:30 p.m. Lack of communication with the customer is a shame. Initially, we were offered to send the invoice by email because the person did not know how to print an invoice with address. The next day, still no email. So we called back the next evening and were told that someone would take care of it. The next day, same thing. We had to call back twice to get the bill 4 days after our departure. Service is an essential element and in this type of establishment, it was not up to par, which is a shame.

Nous sommes venus juste pour acheter d vin à la boutique et nous en avons profité pour boire une coupe de champagne. Ce domaine est magnifique, la grande classe avec un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le service est impeccable et le lieu divin. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.
