A piece of beef requested rare which was overcooked, veal kidneys in ridiculous quantities, saddle of lamb overcooked and with pieces of start with a lot of waste

Traditional cuisine without surprise, even sad. Hesitant service....Too much of a mess from the waitress. And a sad and bland environment...a high price for the services. ...So a moment with friends, without refinement and with cuisine without surprises...

--- Sep 24 New visit and previous review confirmed! --- Feb 23 A good address very well located in the city center, a stone's throw from the port of La Rochelle. Good value for money. local specialties with petit gris wine list which ranges from Bordeaux to Mareuil.

Too bad, the food was very good, but the slowness of the service was catastrophic (only 5 tables in the restaurant) 35 minutes for cold starters

Surprising Simply exceptional cuisine. Warm decor. Pleasant service. Wait more than acceptable. Not being from the region I highly recommend it otherwise I would have kept the address for us. Thank you to Aunis for this pleasant moment.

Belle terrasse à l'ombre le soir, dans une rue calme près du port. Chouette accueil. Nous avons choisi le menu à 35€ entrée-plat-dessert, avec 5 choix pour chaque. Très belle présentation et délicieux. Je recommande vivement.

04/12/2024: Hello, it's not bad, but in the morning, for coffee, it's not ideal. The music is very loud, the space is a bit cramped, and some customers come in with their dogs, which is annoying. This remains, of course, my personal opinion.
26/10/2024: A very warm welcome, a good coffee at the top, a great hot chocolate with a good pain au chocolat and a very reasonable final bill! Don’t hesitate to stop by 😎
