A piece of beef ordered rare was overcooked, veal kidneys in a ridiculously small quantity, and a saddle of lamb that was overcooked and included offal with a lot of waste.

--- Sept 24 Return visit and previous review confirmed! -- Feb 23 A great place, very well located in the city center, a stone's throw from the port of La Rochelle. Good value for money. Local specialties including small grey snails. Wine list ranging from Bordeaux to Mareuil.

Too bad, the food was very good, but the slowness of the service was catastrophic (only 5 tables in the restaurant) 35 minutes for cold starters

Surprising Simply exceptional cuisine. Warm decor. Pleasant service. More than acceptable wait time. Not being from the area, I highly recommend it; otherwise, I would have kept the address for ourselves. Thank you to Aunis for this pleasant experience.

Belle terrasse à l'ombre le soir, dans une rue calme près du port. Chouette accueil. Nous avons choisi le menu à 35€ entrée-plat-dessert, avec 5 choix pour chaque. Très belle présentation et délicieux. Je recommande vivement.

31/08/2024: Friendly welcome. Delicious couscous and tagine! We enjoyed ourselves. Without forgetting the succulent oriental pastries with a good mint tea. I recommend Koutoubia as a wine.
