We had lunch one weekday at a table with a view of the Loire. A quality welcome with a smile. A pleasant, efficient and fast service. A chic atmosphere but without pressure. The restaurant rooms are richly decorated and you can ask to know the history which is interesting. And finally for the cuisine, we had the choice between dishes from the menu or inspirations from the new chef. He was the second to the previous chef, his cuisine is mastered and diversified. Everything is tasty, delicate and well presented. On leaving, the reception opened the Caesar cellars to us, to also see.

A very good Christmas meal with the family. Quality food and impeccable service. The view of the Loire is magnificent and soothing. A place that I remember and recommend.

What a desappointment ! Classic cuisine, poor value for money. I agree with an opinion that I read: oppressive staff and super cold atmosphere. The furniture, the decor, the coverings are outdated for me. We should do a study to find out which old customers are around the place and what type of new customers do you want? The plate is not enough to put the environment aside.

Amazing food! Amazing service. Very fair prices for what you get. Tried things I wouldn't normally have tried and was amazed at how good everything was!

An experience which remains correct but I found that we couldn't find a solution in terms of prices. It lacks flavor and pep. A starter and desserts that were too simple for my taste. Crispy langoustines, not crispy at all, the grand marnier soufflé, with little or no grand marnier. And the strawberry ice cream parfait without any reminder of the taste of kirsch. Damage. The dishes were really very good. A level above starters and desserts. Very good choice of wine as well, it's a shame that out of the number of waiters none thought to give us a taste and help us when serving the starters... We had to do it ourselves.

03/04/2024: It was open after everything else was closed. The fish was perfectly made, with crispy skin o top. They replaced chorizo sauce for us with the mushroom sauce and gave extra sauce twice to my daughter without any issue. Very friendly service. Highly recommend.
