Restaurant Le Beaujolais sur Saint-Jean-D'Ardieres

Absolutely fantastic! Passing through, I discovered this charming restaurant: a very warm welcome, excellent wine recommendations, and delicious food. A wonderful team! Highly recommended!

A very beautiful place. Good food, though perhaps some dishes could benefit from a "signature" touch to make us want to recommend them, like the snail gougère or the foie gras. Both were very good, but they lacked that little something extra. The dishes we ordered, the pork fondant and the andouillette sausage, were excellent, and we'd love to come back for them 😀. The dessert we chose, the macaron with pistachio ganache and dark chocolate ice cream, was an unforgettable experience in both presentation and taste, and above all, it was incredibly light and airy. In addition, the entire meal was accompanied by an excellent Saint Amour wine! We look forward to seeing you again.

Simple, traditional cuisine, not very inventive. We expected a bit more creativity in the dishes… they were good, certainly, but given the Bib Gourmand (and our experience at other establishments), we were disappointed. The fish was overcooked. The service was efficient, but without any particular welcome. As for the dining room, it lacked modernity and warmth.

A 10 for the whole thing... the chef, and the lady who served us... The food was spectacular, I'm sure that when we return to the area we will repeat it... it was a great pleasure to have been able to enjoy this place🎉🎉🎉
