Restaurant Le Bellevue sur Wissant

I stayed at this hotel in 1974-5. I was 8, 9 years old then and I was on a school trip. Darenth County Primary School was the name of the school, and they went on school trips there for several years. I remember close by, along the beach, exploring some of the Atlantic wall bunkers, one in fact was massive and housed a gun that fired shells, hitting targets on the English south coast. It was lovely looking at pictures of the hotel after all these years. I had a magical time during my stay there, and I would like to say a belated.....Thank You.

Very good establishment. Well located, 5 minutes walk from the city center, friendly staff. I recommend.

Close to the center The hotel does the job, clean room, impeccable bedding, anti-waste for bread or pastries to order on arrival, we appreciated 👍

The room was functional and cozy. Really nice and quiet, even at night. The staff was very helpful and concerned about our comfort. Hotel to return without hesitation.

Although the building has seen better times the hotel has a lot of charm to it. The rooms are small, the beds are a bit small but you won't regret your stay. The staff is friendly and will definitely help you with a smile. Do bring your own pillow if you can, the ones the hotel provides are rather thin.

Old hotel, but with charm, nice staff, you can also sit outside with a freshly tapped beer
