Another great time at Boeuf Fermier! Top-notch cuisine at a reasonable price. Good, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and cool service. In short, a restaurant not to be missed in the Sablé region.

Excellent restaurant. Both the chef and the waiter are truly delightful. It's rare to find such high-quality, locally sourced products cooked so well. It was the focus on local sourcing that convinced me to go to this restaurant, and the menu lists the origin of the ingredients (a real sign of transparency, something unfortunately no one else does). The menu isn't extensive, which is a good thing! It's a true mark of quality! However, the price listed on Google and the actual price aren't the same. It's more like €30-40 per person in the evening, which is perfectly reasonable, I'm not complaining, but it's good to know. Lunch (like everywhere else) seems to be cheaper. My bill came to just over €90, including an extra bottle of cider I bought at the end to take home. Thank you again for this moment, we will be back.

We went for a romantic dinner at this very chic little restaurant on a Tuesday evening. The meal was delicious from start to finish; the ingredients were of very high quality and expertly prepared. The dishes had special touches, like the fir cream in the dessert. The waiter was very pleasant and smiling; I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and professionalism of both of them. You can go there without hesitation; we'll definitely be keeping the address! 🥰

How can I put it... Well, excellent!! Every new menu is a new discovery! My wife and I are captivated by this cuisine; a blend of flavors (fresh, local produce), perfectly cooked meats and fish, very good wines, and we leave feeling satisfied 😊. The icing on the cake: the service is just as good as the food. Can't wait to go back.
