I had a wonderful evening at this beautiful bistro/art deco style restaurant. The food was excellent, all homemade and very fresh, thanks to Alice, and the welcome and service from David were perfect. Discovered Thursday evening as we were going to see a show at La Comète, which is right next door. The welcome was very friendly and we ate very well at reasonable prices. We were even able to eat early so we could go to the show afterwards. I recommend it!

Le Boivin is a gem to keep in your list of must-visit restaurants for a long time! We were welcomed as if we were old friends. The quality of the food is matched only by the warmth of the welcome. Special mention goes to the porcini and truffle ravioli and the pavlova. Be sure to book ahead, as word has spread in St E and it fills up very quickly. I can't wait to go back!

What a delightful surprise this restaurant was! The welcome is warm and expected. The simple, spontaneous hospitality is combined with elegance and refined manners. The owner and chef work together in perfect harmony. The menu features traditional, home-style dishes that tantalize the taste buds. I had the duck parmentier, and my partner Gérald enjoyed a delicious carrot velouté with a poached egg and grilled bacon, as well as a very tender filet mignon.
