Magnificent discovery where the dishes are refined, copious and above all with appetizers which are just as much, which adds surprise to the lunch. pleasant and calm setting. You have to know the address because it feels like you're entering a private home. Absolutely worth testing and repeating. Excellent value for money.

Very good table. Succulent dishes that explode flavors in the mouth. A very knowledgeable sommelier who allowed us to discover an excellent appellation. Carefully chosen cheeses. Marie's setting perfectly matches the whole and allows you to have an excellent time full of pleasant surprises. Well done to the team. Go there, you will come away delighted.

Exceptional culinary experience. All the dishes tell a real story. The chef's generosity is reflected in his cooking. The quality of the service is really very appreciable and the Chef's visit proves the importance he gives to customer satisfaction. And for us this evening was just exceptional because in addition to the quality of the establishment we shared it with our son and daughter-in-law...Happiness in the Novoe sense of the term 🫠

Nous avons découvert le Carré d'Ange par hazard lors de nos vacances au Pays de Fayence et y avons passé une soirée très agréable.
Beau cadre (jardin soigné), service très aimable et sympa. Une cuisine du Sud, recherchée qui a sû nous plaire. Le vin proposé par la jeune sommelière: une belle surprise (positive).
Quant à la relation prix / qualité: adaptée pour un tel établissement.
Seul bémol: le bruit parfois gênant de la route adjacente, mais ce n'est définitivement pas la faute du restaurateur.
Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour!

We came to the restaurant for lunch, we were a large group and sat outside. It was a beautiful setting, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and kind. They explained each course to us in English. The food was delicious and very good value for money, we had the set lunch deal. We would love to come back!

Another superb experience this afternoon. The quality of a gastro for a menu of around fifty euros. Worth the detour on the road to Montauroux coming from the lake.
6 months ago it was: Organic soft-boiled egg with mushrooms, pigeon cooked to perfection, pear dessert and granita. This time revisited scorpion fish soup, place and its parmesan risotto, seasonal fruit tart, unstructured.
Impeccable service by the sommelier. the talented chef from large houses has been there for 10 years.

Das Lokal nahe der Durchgangsstraße Draguignan Grasse in der Nähe des lac St Cassien gibt es seit 2015 -Zuvor war hier das „Fontaines d‘ Aragon“. Irgendwie kamen wir bisher nicht zu einem Besuch und haben nahezu alle anderen empfohlenen Restaurants in der Region sogar mehrfach besucht.Umso größer die Überraschung,hier eine Küche zu finden die einen Umweg wert ist.In dem angenehmen Ambiente waren wir fast allein-was mich wundert.Wir nahmen das „ Carree Gourmand“ in der 3-Gang -Version und wurden zusätzlich mit allerlei amuses bouches und einem pre-dessert verwöhnt.Die Weinkarte ist groß ,wenn auch unkommentiert. Auch ohne jetzt auf die Gerichte im einzelnen eingehen zu wollen( Die Karte wechselt eh nach der Saison) möchte ich behaupten,daß hier Liebhaber der gehobenen Küche jederzeit eine Heimat finden-Auch der Service ist große Klasse:unbedingt zu empfehlen!
