13/07/2026: It's been two months since we said "I do," and we still often think back on that magnificent day, as do our guests. A huge thank you to Schéhérazade and her entire team for helping make our wedding an unforgettable moment. From our very first visit, we fell in love with the venue, and the big day lived up to all our expectations. The venue is superb; every space is tastefully decorated, and the décor adds a real charm to the whole. All our guests were captivated by both the setting and the atmosphere. The meal was also a hit: everything was excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. What impressed us most was the support from Schéhérazade and her team. Always available, attentive, and caring, they guided us throughout the preparations and managed every detail with great professionalism. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy the months leading up to the wedding, and then our wedding day itself, without any stress. Another factor that greatly contributed to the success of our day was their network of vendors. We chose to trust them by working with Jonathan, the DJ, as well as Lara and Alex, the photographer/videographer duo with whom they regularly collaborate. They have worked together for years, and it shows. Everything flows smoothly; everyone knows exactly what they have to do, and the coordination is effortless. This genuine rapport among the vendors allowed us to completely rely on them and enjoy every moment without having to manage anything. Organizing a wedding requires a lot of preparation, but we always felt confident. Their experience, advice, and organizational skills truly make all the difference. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to celebrate this important day. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with a dedicated and attentive team, we highly recommend it. And this is definitely not goodbye! We've already planned to return for Grandma's 80th birthday, and we hope to have other opportunities to host future events there. 13/07/2026: L'Occidentale was our wedding venue on July 10, 2026, in Montauroux, Var. We planned our wedding for a year and a half with Shérazade and her team. L'Occidentale is an exceptional venue with its beautifully maintained, lush grounds and a very large space for the cocktail hour and our wedding ceremony, where we had 110 guests. The interior is magnificent. We had very specific requirements for the decorations, the style of the furniture, the tableware, and so on, and Shérazade and her team met all our needs with suggestions, one of which perfectly matched what we wanted. We thank L'Occidentale for its organization, the quality of service at every level, the professionalism of the team, the caterer for the cuisine that was appreciated by all the guests, and for accommodating specific meals for vegetarians, those with food allergies, and other dietary needs. The decoration of the exterior and the reception hall further enhanced the beauty of the estate, creating a truly magical experience for us and our guests. It was something we truly cared about. For those seeking a wedding venue—and we know how difficult that can be—I highly recommend L’Occidentale with Shérazade and her team. The venue is stunning, Shérazade and her team are incredibly attentive and always available to answer any questions, and the service providers are top-notch, including DJ and event manager Jonathan, who made our day truly special, as well as the photographer, videographer, caterer, and florist. If you have a dream wedding, for us, it came true and will forever be etched in our memories, for us, our families, and our friends. 29/07/2026: Once again, I was very satisfied. This is a place to share with locals and tourists alike, a detour worth making to avoid the seaside restaurants that are only open in the summer and the unpleasant surprises that come with that type of establishment. I highly recommend this place. A big thank you again to Anne Laure and her team for their kindness and professionalism. See you very soon!

31/07/2026: We stopped by Pastafolie's while our laundry was in the laundromat, which is also owned by the owner. We took the opportunity to have a drink while we waited, and it was a wonderful discovery! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he takes the time to chat with his customers. You can tell he loves what he does, and it creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. We haven't had the chance to eat there yet, but given the warm welcome we received, we'll definitely be back to try the food. Thank you for your kindness, and see you soon!

02/07/2026: The owner was fantastic and explained everything very well. The menus were great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

31/07/2026: What's on our plates is incredible. The chef is an artist. He presents us with a masterpiece in each dish. The flavors are harmoniously arranged, allowing their different aromas to unfold. Then, when we gather them on our forks, they shimmer on our palates, offering us an ecstasy of new tastes. It's a truly beautiful culinary experience. I love it. Thank you, Chef.

10/07/2026: Excellent, with only one drawback. No air conditioning, which is difficult in the summer in the beautiful garden. The heat ruined our appetites. At 35°C, a misting fan and a regular fan were essential. Not to mention the dozens of aphids under the linden tree that swarmed over us throughout the meal. A shame.

23/07/2026: Good but very light, you'd need two, not to mention the sad half slice of ham on top.

14/07/2026: We hadn't made a reservation, and on a national holiday at that, yet we still got a table. Very efficient service from the owner and his team. Despite the crowds (large group), they remained calm and professional. We ate fresh pizza, baked deliciously by a very sweet lady. Afterwards, we had coffee and dessert. Nice terrace; although you sit right next to a busy road, it was well separated by plants. Definitely recommended!!!!

08/02/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening, and the dishes were served cold. But it was still very good. On the other hand, I feel sorry for the waitresses who were being scolded by the chef. I don't think that's normal at all during service. We were greeted by the young woman; she was great! There was a smell of cigarettes in the restaurant when we arrived, which wasn't very pleasant.

10/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic, super delicious! It's a shame the service was a bit slow, especially considering the waiter had to manage both the drinks and the table service – not easy for him. Otherwise, very good.

I'm only deducting one star because it's located near a very busy road where, despite the privacy created by the staff, traffic noise is still present. The ravioli with blackcurrant were divine. Thank you to the whole team.
