A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Schéhérazade and Aurélie, who were with us from the very beginning. It was simply magical, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. It's a truly exceptional place; we trusted them completely, and we have absolutely no regrets. An unforgettable evening, filled with memories, emotions, and love. The pasta is fresh and homemade, as are the sauces, and you can tell. It's excellent, generous portions, and very reasonably priced. The owner is very helpful with advice and friendly. You can tell he loves what he does. We'll be back to try the salads and desserts.

08/02/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening, and the dishes were served cold. But it was still very good. On the other hand, I feel sorry for the waitresses who were being scolded by the chef. I don't think that's normal at all during service. We were greeted by the young woman; she was great! There was a smell of cigarettes in the restaurant when we arrived, which wasn't very pleasant.

16/04/2026: Very attentive and quick service, even though the restaurant was completely full. The pizza comes from a charcoal oven and is delicious, and the daily specials offer a great selection of classic French dishes. Surprisingly reasonable prices for the area. Unfortunately, the oven-baked ravioli were completely tasteless and caused some indigestion. But overall – including dessert – everything was very tasty. We will definitely come back.

We've been several times and have never been disappointed.
Yesterday, for Mother's Day, it was heaven! We were so well received, there were seven of us, the atmosphere was wonderful, the menu is fantastic with plenty of choices, something for everyone, and it's all delicious.
We can't wait to come back to your restaurant.

30/11/2025: First of all, over the past few years we've dined at every restaurant in the Pays de Fayence region several times. Every single one, without exception, sometimes with friends or with our association, but we have a pretty good grasp of the local culinary scene. So much so that we could write a guidebook...
We were at Carré d'Ange for the third time in three years. The first two times, we were blown away and even ranked this temple of gastronomy among the top 5 restaurants in the Pays de Fayence, including Terre Blanche.
Alas, last night was a disappointment! Only two tables were occupied on a Saturday night, ours by the fireplace, which was still very pleasant. The welcome was quite decent, provided by a waitress and a young sommelier. A limited menu, which is usually a good sign.
The waitress highly recommended the rabbit à la royale (in tiny print hidden on the menu: a €20 supplement on the €79 set menu, honestly!). In the end, we chose starters (quite good, let's say 18/20) and pigeon (very small), and a veal dish that was incredibly tough! You practically needed a saw to cut those pieces. Unacceptable!
On the positive side: plenty of amuse-bouches, a veritable cascade of words explaining every precious detail of the dish, a truly magnificent dessert, a large cheese platter from a supplier in Châteaudouble, and a good wine list ranging from €40 to €2200.
In short: the meat left a bad taste in our mouths! Unacceptable for a fine restaurant. A lot of fuss for food that was just okay, nothing more, and downright bad in the case of the veal. There's clearly an imbalance between the usual high-end service and such poor cooking!

18/01/2026: I really like going there, their ginger chicken is excellent, the spring rolls, samosas, accras, beignets, with some salad leaves, mint and the accompanying sauces, I like everything there, a mother with her two daughters, Thai women, just like their cuisine, I like it a lot.

08/12/2024: This is the second time I've been back and I'm still delighted with the quality of this restaurant. They had just put together the autumn winter menu with seasonal dishes and ingredients, which confirms that they work with fresh and seasonal products.
I enjoyed the wild boar terrine as well as the venison sauté in red wine, particularly with the small vegetables accompanying this last dish, cooked to perfection.
The setting is always magnificent with the beautiful terrace attached to the restaurant which is quiet, compared to the location of the restaurant.
The staff there are wonderful both in terms of their welcome and the quality of their service. For example, there was a little hiccup with the delivery of the dishes and they were very considerate towards our table.
The prices are also very fair.
Go ahead, you'll enjoy yourself.

03/05/2024: Les patrons sont accueillants. Les plats copieux et délicieux. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le Chef fait une cuisine d'exception et des desserts excellents.
Je recommande à tous niveaux. Je dirai même que aller à Montauroux et ne pas y aller c'est un grand dommage.

10/07/2024: Great place with very friendly service! We went for an evening meal of gyozas and sushi and both were excellent. We don't speak French but the staff had a very good and very helpful English speaking waitress, which was immensely helpful. We didn't wait long for the food and it was absolutely an enjoyable experience... We will come back again!
