If I could give more stars, I would without hesitation! A magical moment, a unique place. Everything was perfect, and even if I tried to find something to criticize, I couldn't. A calm, peaceful place where you surrender to the creativity of the truly great chef who delights your taste buds. Exceptional dishes, unlike anything I've ever seen! We were surprised from beginning to end... the service is impeccable, with smiling, attentive staff... We had lunch when it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), but with the coolness of the trees and the gentle breeze, it was a real treat! The restaurant is very well located, with a small shaded parking lot... I live in the Alpes-Maritimes (department 06) and my parents live in Burgundy; we're waiting for autumn/winter to go and try new dishes! Go for it, and a huge THANK YOU to the entire team at Carré d'Ange!

A true benchmark in the canton of Fayence. Chef David Carré offers exceptional cuisine, with surprising and expertly executed flavor combinations, without ever becoming pretentious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the service, ambiance, and setting are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

After a year, we returned to sample the chef's mastery and were completely satisfied: the dishes were definitely Michelin-starred. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location was very elegant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch dinner.

What's on our plates is incredible. The chef is an artist. He presents us with a masterpiece in each dish. The flavors are harmoniously arranged, allowing their different aromas to unfold. Then, when we gather them on our forks, they shimmer on our palates, offering us an ecstasy of new tastes. It's a truly beautiful culinary experience. I love it. Thank you, Chef.

Excellent, with only one drawback. No air conditioning, which is difficult in the summer in the beautiful garden. The heat ruined our appetites. At 35°C, a misting fan and a regular fan were essential. Not to mention the dozens of aphids under the linden tree that swarmed over us throughout the meal. A shame.

To celebrate our golden wedding anniversary with our family we had the most exquisite evening , remarkable food superbly presented and the service was faultless. Merci Beaucoup.

Recommended by the concierge at near by Terre Blanche Resort. An absolute delight for my husband, myself and our small daughter. We were all delighted with an unforgettable meal. The garden was magical, the service exceptional. We walked away in awe of a memorable meal but also feeling so well cared for. Worthy of a Michelin star, but missing any pretentious nonsense. We are honored to have been a guest.
