Our first time staying at this hotel, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. The pool, jacuzzi, spa, and hammam were wonderful after a day of skiing. We can't wait to go back! Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

We spent two nights as a family at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were delighted to discover the hotel's new rooms, which were simply perfect. The setting is magnificent, and the welcome was impeccable. A special thank you to Mathilde at reception for her kindness and professionalism. We will gladly return!

We just spent a very pleasant few days at the Hotel Macchi. The staff and owners are incredibly attentive. Special mention to Cyril for analyzing our skis in the shop located within the hotel 😃 The breakfast is superb, with fresh, homemade products, which is rare these days! The pool is the perfect temperature. The room was comfortable. For spa treatments, it's best to book in advance as they fill up very quickly. Everything is there for a wonderful stay at this hotel!!

We came for a weekend getaway to recharge, and it was a success. Everything was just perfect. The room was simply magnificent, the welcome, the owners and their staff, and the service... everything was top-notch. And the food delighted our taste buds! A real treat, whether it was breakfast or dinner... We felt pampered from beginning to end. 👍 And the hotel's story is touching. We highly recommend it and will gladly return. Karine and Joel

For our first week-long family stay, we had a wonderful time. The hostess was very attentive and always smiling. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with no complaints whatsoever. The pool, spa, hammam, sauna, and gym were a real bonus for relaxing in the evenings. A huge thank you to the entire team, from the owner to the cleaning staff, who always had a smile and were so kind to their guests. A big thank you to the whole team!

Amazing stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location close to the ski slopes, and an excellent restaurant serving delicious local food. The spa and pool are great for relaxing after skiing. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: Welcoming, friendly, and welcoming staff. Extensive menu, wines at affordable prices. Excellent burgers. Sunny terrace. We can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. We were even lucky enough to see the mountain descent through the streets of Châtel. The couple with the blind dog.
19/09/2025: Our children were growing up and we discovered this restaurant this winter during our vacation. We wanted to book in the morning for the last evening and it was full but the owner told us that exceptionally he would give us a small table at the back if that suited us. Super nice! It was perfect because we wanted their burgers and not raclette or fondue. The dishes were delicious. The waiters were very kind. Next year we will book as soon as we arrive to be sure to be able to eat there. We recommend!!!
