Restaurant Le Cesar sur Frejus

Lovely place with a nice variety of seafood dishes amongst other things. We loved thr oysters, fresh fish and seafood pie! The staff were great. Do book in advance.

Value for money too expensive. Basic menu without search. Frozen green beans. Dry rice. Request for sauce, we are still waiting for it... Disappointing.

Good restaurant on the port of Fréjus, impeccable service. The menus were very good and sufficiently generous.

For several years I have stopped at this restaurant every time I come to visit the Var. The cuisine has never disappointed me, the meat dishes, pasta dishes, and special mention to the fish dishes, are truly excellent. The accompaniments are not left out, the mash is delicious, the vegetables are crunchy and I never leave any behind even though I usually don't like them. The service is impeccable.

Good value for money restaurant. Spoiled atmosphere because my husband asked the boss when ordering to change the vegetables (he is allergic to them) for mashed potatoes: response: that bothers me in a not very friendly tone!!!! Damage....

Super cozy restaurant with delicious food. It's nice to see that the staff works so well together. This means you never have to wait long for your food or drinks. The price is also not expensive at all. A 3-course menu for 40 euros. (Drinks not included). It's best to go early or make a reservation, otherwise you'll be in a queue. Definitely worth it! 👌🏼 If I had to say one negative point it would be that the boss of the business is less friendly. But understandable if you want to change dessert. Although the cheese board sold like hot cakes. In the end he did change it, but first he had to react angrily and say that the cheese had already been cut. But this did not outweigh all the good things from the other staff and the delicious food.

We had a great time. Excellent welcome, quality cuisine (excellent meat juice). We will come back next year without a doubt.

Service médiocre. Patron odieux et très peu commerçant, nous harcelant à la sortie jusque dans la rue, car n’avons pas laissé de pourboire (note réglée par un monsieur de 96 ans qui a tout simplement oublié.) Le patron estimant que puisque 2 verres ont été malencontreusement cassés, nous nous devions de faire un geste. ( note à + de 300€) N’y allez pas.
