Excellent restaurant in a prime location. Impeccable service. The only slight drawback was the price of the raclette. But everything else was perfect.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food. The welcome is impeccable, the service is quick, and above all, the food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant prioritizes local producers (except for two meat dishes sourced from Germany and Italy), and the quality is evident in every bite. Reservations are essential! A quick note about the chocolate mint balls, which apparently disrupt the service 😝

The service and food were perfect. The staff were welcoming, professional, and remarkably calm during an altercation with two customers who did nothing but complain. If I were the owner, I don't think I would have left them on the terrace. Yes, ladies, in February in Annecy, even with the sun shining, you can still find winter specialties. Yes, ladies, the sun moves, and the table you were assigned was in the sun within 15 minutes, as you had been told. Yes, ladies, a table for eight was canceled, which allowed another couple to be seated and enjoy the sun five minutes before you. You were unpleasant because you weren't given that table. However, ladies, we were the priority customers, and we never once asked for that table to enjoy the sun before everyone else. A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent food recommendations, which were simply wonderful. We'll be back!

The Chalet's setting is fantastic, with a Savoyard ambiance just the way we like it: wood, traditional objects, and a delicious aroma of raclette that makes the place very welcoming. The restaurant is quite large, with a downstairs dining room and an upstairs area. A minor drawback is the close proximity of the tables and the slightly high price. However, this is justified by the setting and the restaurant's location. The staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful time! 🫕🥳
