A reservation system that leaves little room for the unexpected... However, the food and/or cuisine are of high quality, the service is fast, the waiter is very pleasant and particularly professional, and the owner knows how to remain accommodating despite last-minute changes from customers.

I had the burger, which was very good. The fries weren't great and the portion was small. The waitresses were excellent. One of the waiters was unfriendly. There was a mistake on the bill. Reservations by phone are not possible.

Impeccable, even too fast, service!
The food was generally good, but the price is exorbitant. Yes, we're in Annecy, and in the old town no less, but for a restaurant that tries to be a bit stuffy, we expected a little more. A very salty porcini mushroom fondue (€32 per person 🥵🥵), a signature dessert… well, a point for the presentation, but it was just a small three-chocolate house (other users have posted a photo) for €14… So you'll eat well enough, but you'll leave with empty pockets.

Fantastic discovery!! It was excellent; we shared a Parisian coffee and a Swiss fondue!! And the service was superb, thanks to Ludovic who was very helpful, professional, and took the time to recommend a good bottle of red wine.

We came three days ago for a delicious fondue. We went back today for a very good tartiflette. We were served by a lovely waitress with a charming English accent. We highly recommend this restaurant.
