We had a wonderful time at Le Chalet restaurant in Annecy! We enjoyed a tartiflette that was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. A huge thank you, especially to Rosie, for her warm welcome, kindness, and impeccable service. She's a very pleasant and smiling person who made our meal even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Every time we stay in Annecy, we eat here, and it's always a favorite. This time, we were just passing through on our way back from Switzerland and were served by Rosie. A thousand thanks to her for her warm welcome and kindness; she made our evening in Annecy even more wonderful ✨

We ate at Le Chalet during our visit to Annecy, and overall, the experience was very good. We ordered a fondue that was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed everything else we tried. One area for improvement was the extremely hot inside the restaurant, which made eating fondue and dishes with a lot of cheese a bit stifling. There were also quite a few flies, which was somewhat unpleasant during the meal. Aside from these two minor issues, we had a wonderful meal and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A great place to try a good fondue in Annecy.

01/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Varied breakfast served on the terrace with fresh products. Friendly and attentive staff.
31/05/2026: I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.
