We dined there as a party of seven and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, the location is fantastic with a lovely atmosphere, and the service was excellent, especially from Lasaad, a waiter who brought a lot of cheer and was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it!

24/05/2026: A bit old-fashioned but very friendly owner, reasonable price
09/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Annecy. The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant. A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!

23/08/2026: Excellent! Friendly and courteous service. Very good buffet with fresh products. I recommend it 100%. We had a very enjoyable and high-quality experience.
17/08/2026: We came for Sunday brunch, which was quite basic, and it's a shame it wasn't replenished more often given how busy it was. Otherwise, the food was tasty.
