Restaurant le Cloitre sur Albi

It is rare to find a very good hotel like this with a very good restaurant offering dishes cooked with so much passion (made by 2 very good cooks). Very well maintained rooms with all the comfort expected. Very bright, clean, pleasant, good bedding and all the amenities. The service is PERFECT!!! Pleasant staff who listen to you. Present but discreet. Helpful (we asked at the last minute for an improved aperitif for more than twenty people just before dinner, result: small verrines and toasts accompanied by a kir de Gaillac. IPPECABLE!!). You would have to be very picky to find fault. I want to remain neutral and look for the small detail: The elevator would have been a little bigger for more people and luggage (but there is a nice big staircase), one per shower a little wider so as not to wet the carpet, a larger bathtub for people over 1m70 (or a walk-in shower would have been more practical).....but these are just details. A very good 2-day stay with a very good table and large, hearty and well-stocked breakfast, impeccable service with quality staff, ... keep it up!!! It's everything we love and ask for. Best wishes. Everything was perfect Very competent staff, friendly smiles. Excellent breakfast and evening meals. I really appreciated the beautiful fabric of the tablecloths and napkins.

Very friendly reception staff, room and hotel very good but against the restaurant, do not come with a wonderbox, meals more than limited, special wonderbox, not the same menu as the others, cataloged wondebox, no waiters asked us if the menu was good, and if everything went well, not recommended with a wonderbox

Great bedding, clean. Alarm ringing at 8:30 a.m., no explanation, foreign staff, very little dialogue. No WiFi in the hotel. In 2024 it is the Middle Ages

I arrived unexpectedly following a last minute train cancellation. The staff, very pleasant, received me favorably. The food is excellent, I recommend.

Dated room not soundproofed, however hotel is well located and the service is good.

We were a group of 57 people, coming from Charente Maritime for the Montauban lantern festival. Pleasant stay. only downside: bathtub while we prefer the shower. It is a hotel "in its own right". A faulty bedside light bulb, the toilet door that creaks and the cleanliness of the floor leaves something to be desired. Apart from that the short stay went well, this hotel being well located near Albi station.
