A very charming casino, with very friendly and smiling staff. The machines are clean and modern.

We had the pleasure of participating in karaoke at your establishment twice. We found the entertainment to be of very high quality with a fantastic, sensational atmosphere. It gets everyone involved, and everyone has fun. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to see Lilas and Alain again in the future. In any case, I highly recommend them for their kindness, humor, and the quality of their service; the atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you very much. Martine

The place is too dark! I never win, and yet I leave money! Oh well, that's life!

I find it a shame that Cokes are served from large 1.5L bottles. A glass is poured, then the bottle is put back in the refrigerator for the next customers. As a result, my Coke was practically flat. Frankly, it's not pleasant, especially in a casino where you expect a certain level of quality and service. For a paid drink, I'd like a nice, cold, and fizzy Coke. Individual bottles or a different way of serving drinks would be much more appropriate. It's a small detail, but it's precisely these little details that make all the difference in an establishment like a casino.

The staff are very friendly, the slot machines are regularly updated, and there's plenty of entertainment. Don't hesitate to go.

Hotel Le Berenice Restaurant

04/10/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Berenice. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the welcome was very pleasant. Chatel Guyon is well worth discovering: a charming little town surrounded by beautiful countryside.
