Restaurant Le Cottage Bise sur Talloires

Just had a stunningly good 3-day work meeting at Le Cottage Bise. I only wish I'd stayed longer to make the most of this glorious venue! From start to end, the service was impeccable, and the food outstanding - to serve perfect steak to 67 people simultaneously was a remarkable feat, and the hotel team also catered very well for the group's various dietary issues at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a shame I didn't have time to go swimming as the pool looked and felt very inviting (only had time to dip my hand in). My room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake, and the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom included robes, slippers and very tasteful toiletries, and everywhere was extremely clean. The conference rooms were in an amazing 11th century priory a couple of minutes on foot from the main hotel and was perfect for our needs. Very highly recommended!

I was organizing a business event for 70 people, they closed the hotel for us, the conference room (thank you very much Gabriella!!!), the food (I'd like to highlight the risotto, the perfect egg, beef and the desserts) and the service were incredible! Every detail was perfect! Everyone complimented and enjoyed the location and the Cottage Bise! Thank you to Mr. Bise and his team for all their hard work and effort. It's obvious they have a wealth of experience in organizing special events and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them if you want to organize a successful event! Divine place, calm, beautiful even in the rain, cozy atmosphere. Really quiet room, garden view, very comfortable bed and the Nuxe products were very good. Breakfast, very good, everything homemade, the lemon cake, killer.

It is always with great pleasure that we come to have dinner or a drink at the cottage: the place is superb, the service very good and the meal excellent: thank you!

Magnificent hotel in an idyllic setting and an excellent restaurant

Very beautiful place, in a magical and peaceful setting right in front of the lake. We had a wonderful evening as a family to mark a wonderful birthday. Very beautiful plates, with sought-after flavors which helped to make the moment perfect without forgetting impeccable service, full of attention and discretion. Thanks to the whole team.

Talloiriens de cœur en règle général j’adore ce restaurant dernière visite 9 juin 2024 et franchement j’étais enthousiaste !! Repas ce jour avec un couple d’amis et tellement déçu bien sûr le cadre est merveilleux et le personnel adorable mais plus du tout du tout la même cuisine !!!!! Nous avons pris à la carte salade de poulpe pour deux sans saveur avons dû redemander de la sauce franchement c’était décevant ensuite poisson celui-ci était bon pas de dessert mais contrairement à notre dernière visite pas de petites choses à grignoter pour l’apéritif pas de mise en bouche alors oui on est au mois d’août mais cela ne devrait pas avoir d’impact sur un restaurant comme celui ci !!!! C’est tellement dommage !!

Endroit magnifique, dîner en terrasse face au lac, un charme fou....Quant au dîner ( 100 € par personne avec le vin) , le prix est justifié....Aucune fausse note de l'entrée au dessert, et c'est de la grande gastronomie....
