The quality of veal liver does not change despite the years that pass. Special mention to the rum baba. Sore point: the noise because the restaurant is full at lunchtime.

Best meat restaurant I've been to for 25 years in all of France.
On this level, no problem. (Extraordinary tab)
On the other hand, it is a shame that the paint is original and that the choice of beers is so poor. Just ordinary pressure, it's no longer in keeping with the times. It's demeaning
I believe the map dates from before word processing....

So yes the fries are frozen. But they have the merit of being crispy.
The homemade ratatouille was very tasty.
And the spicy green salad has a good vinaigrette.
But if we come there it’s for the meat. And we are not disappointed.
The meat is of high quality, the cooking is mastered (special mention to the calf's liver which is the best I have eaten).
The desserts are also very good.
The staff present (waitresses and owners) were super nice, fast and professional. It's very nice.
A restaurant that doesn't lie about what it is: simple, good, friendly and without unwelcome pretension.

An institution in Clermont Ferrand. If you are a meat lover, go for it without hesitation. It is a traditional French restaurant like few others left, the quality of the meat is there. Note that this traditional restaurant tries to add its personal touch by offering a category of meat on a certain day of the week: tartare on Tuesday, a Kobe breed on Wednesday. The staff is very pleasant. Special mention for their “hot cold” dessert

One of the most famous meat restaurants. Installed for over fifty years now. Their reputation is well established and the quality of the meat is of course there. However, prices are high and any toppings are extra.

Un petit resto ouvert un lundi (déjà un exploit) un service très rapide et avec le sourire.
Une entrecôte bleue ciel (cuisson parfaite) bien sur avec des frites et une découverte des endives braisées (succulentes)
Vraiment un lieu à retenir, noble voyageur si carnassier tu es alors ta halte est en ce lieu.

De passage à Clermont. Super adresse pour manger de la Bonne viande avec un service au top sympa. Je recommande. Moi une araignée et Madame le foie de veau avec de délicieuses patates aux cèpes
