I had a very pleasant time at the thalassotherapy center, an excellent massage, an environment conducive to relaxation. Dace herbal tea area at the swimming pool a little bit lacking in privacy apart from that nothing to say. Very clean and pleasant.

When you enter the establishment, you are completely transparent, your nose on the computer, not the slightest reaction, neither hello, nor what do you want, enough to make you decide to turn around! Fortunately, the thalassotherapy staff are there to compensate for this lack of professionalism.

We spend two nights at the hotel. The staff is really very pleasant, the hotel is clean and tidy, the restaurant is very good. I only give 4 stars because the WiFi connection is not good. The network is not very good either, which does not allow for a very good “connection sharing” connection. I had planned to enjoy it but still working it was quite complicated. I still recommend the establishment! THANKS

A great hotel with swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi, everything is designed for well-being The staff is excellent, attentive..... What can we say about the restaurant, it's gastronomic, innovative, a cuisine that delights our taste buds.....and the staff listens to customers

Resort states 4*. Closer to 3* in the apartment buildings we'd booked. Entrance door broken and permanently open , carpets worn and bleach stained, room door didn't close fully without force. Apartment was basic, clean and functional. Noise transmits through rooms on all sides though, so not quiet. Outside pool was heated and used by some residents. Main hotel has a spa and restaurant with bar but only really serves hotel guests.

Very good swimming pool and thalasso (both heated). Breakfast very good. The rooms are a little old but otherwise very clean. And the service is great. Thanks in particular to Annaelle, Eli and Léopold who served us like chefs. The location is not bad too, right next to the beach, but a bit far from the city center. Only negative point, not very good value for money. But if it's affordable for you, don't deprive yourself of it.

19/09/2024: Went for Sunday Lunch with my wife while on holiday in Concarneau and throughly enjoyed the experience. Food was excellent and we had a great waiter who looked after us . Would throughly recommend
13/09/2024: What can one say about this “Bannalec institution” in an honest attempt to be fair: Mistake number 1: You follow the recommendation of a very successful “tourist guide” - yes, I know, it's actually a literary travel guide - to an already very overcrowded tourist city. Mistake number 2: You don't speak the local language well enough (but at least you try and don't immediately start chatting in German or English). When placing an order, the boss sees no possibility of helping out in any world language - except French. When it came to paying, English was no problem. Mistake number 3: You come at lunchtime and don't have a reservation. Unavoidable: a perfectly (honestly!) styled boss who had a lot to do with herself and being a boss and - despite mass operations - under no circumstances wanted to get into the depths of normal service. Conclusion: If you value the crime novels and the travel guide and absolutely have to “check off” a visit, you can do so safely, ideally without making the avoidable mistakes mentioned above. The food was good, but it didn't blow you away either. And: there are significantly better alternatives, especially when you evaluate the price/performance ratio.
