Madam: It was excellent, art and taste on the plates. I felt the chef's love for his products and the staff knew how to continue to transmit this love. The ambiance was calming and conducive to any occasion. The staff takes great care. A very small downside on the acidity. After tastes and colors... When we left, we were given a gift. Ah yes, pre dessert, dessert, post dessert haha. It was perfect. Sir: The welcome, the infused water, the appetizers, the dishes, the refreshing break, the desserts, everything was perfect. It is the fourth Michelin-starred restaurant, and in my opinion this restaurant reflects the city of Grenoble and its state of mind. The staff is professional without being arrogant. Tranquility, calm, nature and peace for the atmosphere. The work on textures, the balance of flavors and the sequence of dishes seems so obvious. Very special mention for the velouté. Fabulous romantic evening after a busy week. Don’t hesitate to live this wonderful experience!

Holala... What can I say, it was an extraordinary culinary journey. Original flavors, all these colors on the plate, and what plates! We feel all the passion of the chef through these very original dishes. We felt peace and quiet in this well-decorated place. And let's not forget a perfect welcome, and a service that is just as perfect. Do you want to escape for a meal? Don't hesitate... Don't hesitate anymore...

From A to Z we were well received. A reference in the Grenoble area. If you like nature, a beautiful garden, being well received and served with detailed explanations of the dishes presented to you on the menu; go there without hesitation! A couple of us went there and we chose the discovery menu with the 8 dishes that make it up. Special mention for the IMPRESSIVE mushroom velouté without mushrooms with inimitable mastery of seasoning! Just with fresh herbs picked by the cooks with the pronounced mushroom taste without having the slightest mushroom in the velouté, it left us speechless. If you take a table during spring or summer you will be in the garden accompanied by a fountain in an idyllic setting and with a small company of poultry right next to you.

Great experience. The deconstructed endive salad, the murçon, and the chocolate mousse were just excellent. I loved !! I will come back in summer to enjoy good dishes on the terrace. Thanks for the experience.

Indeed worthy of the Michelin star. Food 5/5 The creamy mushroom tart from the amuse-bouche was already off to a great start and put us in a good mood. The presentation and execration of every course was excellent. My favorite was the pigeon course, which was so juicy and gentle and flavorful. I also loved the scallop course, which was as visually stunning as it was delicious. (However, the decorative juniper berry bushes did poke and hurt me.) My only criticism would be that the portion of the ratatouille course was slightly too large, given how many courses there are. My mom and I were both too full towards the end and couldn’t finish the dessert. Speaking of dessert, I adore the restaurant’s commitment in sourcing good/unique ingredients. For the meadow flower used in the dessert, apparently, the chef would take a few ppl from the team to hike up a mountain to collect them twice a week during the summer. They’d get depart at 4am and get there at 6am. The chef would also bring some ham and cheese and have a picnic with the team afterwards. They’d dry several kilos of the flower each season, enough to last them through the winter. Apparently, they’d gather wild lavender sometimes too. I’m glad that I asked about the flowers and got this interesting story! Service 4.8/5 First of all, this place is very English-friendly! Our waitress also told us “I wrote this menu in English for you”, which made it sound like she prepared an English menu just for us right there and then. If that’s the case, then I’m very impressed and really appreciate it. Everyone there was very friendly—i especially loved one guy’s enthusiasm when he explained our course to us (he also told us the flower story). My only complaint would be that the wait between courses was a bit long sometimes. And, for some reason, many people came later than us but finished earlier. (Maybe they all ordered a shorter menu?) We arrived at 7pm and left at about 10:45pm. Atmosphere 4.5/5 The entrance with the stream/fountain was particularly atmospheric. The room was nice too—your standard dim, fine dining setup, nothing too special, but that was enough. We also love the little bird figurines on our table.

04/04/2024: Beautiful presentation from Uncle Sam and delicious. And there, for the gourmand what can I say, beautiful imagination and also succulent. Thanks to the cook and the waitress for her work.
17/03/2024: A family meal for 11 from 3 to 68 years old, everyone had a great time and we loved it! Really delicious home cooking, really nice old man!! I highly recommend !
