An interesting culinary experience. The dishes were enjoyable, but more details about their ingredients would be helpful, especially for those with specific dietary needs. The chef's cocktail was very good. However, the sommelier's response to my colleague's request for a non-alcoholic beverage was somewhat disappointing and could be improved. When serving wine, it would also be appreciated if the offer were made to all diners at the table, not just certain individuals. Finally, when a customer requests coffee at the end of their meal, it would be important to offer them some. Unless, of course, the establishment doesn't have a coffee machine? A beautiful presentation on the plate, but a few service aspects could use more attention.

Several lunches at Fantin Latour restaurant and always a true pleasure. Refined and flavorful cuisine, with particularly delicious salmon. Special mention for the almond and olive oil ice cream, an original and surprising combination worth discovering. Attentive service and a pleasant setting. A great place to eat in Grenoble!

Hello, We dined at your establishment last night. It was our first time there, and certainly the last for a very long time. First of all, the short-haired "head waitress" was simply appalling. If we didn't understand the etiquette of such a place, she didn't hesitate to remind us of it curtly or make derogatory remarks. For example, when we paid for the entirely vegetarian tasting menu, she said, and I quote, "that it must have done us good to eat vegetables." This is not an acceptable comment. If Le Fantin Latour aims to be a high-end establishment, it would be important for this woman to understand that elegance cannot be bought, and that belittling customers with repeated comments to make them feel out of place will not enhance her own social standing. The snobbishness she displayed throughout the evening was a caricature, not to mention comical. Lacking the proper etiquette, at least Zavatta made us laugh with his antics. As for the food, we were more than impressed by the amuse-bouche, which was perfect. However, the same couldn't be said for the rest of the meal. While excellent, some dishes, aside from personal preferences, were less sophisticated…? On the other hand, it was very good. The only downside was the assortment of 13 vegetables cooked in different ways that made us lose 2.5 kg the next morning for reasons I won't go into. Another negative point for the sour waitress; indeed, eating vegetables didn't do us any good (This doesn't excuse anything, but we're absolutely not overweight, so while I can't accuse her of fatphobia, I can simply say that she does a very good impression of the villain in 101 Dalmatians). Finally, because we must always end on a positive note, unlike the waitress who was never pleasant until the very end, the place is superb, and the other servers are incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you to them for their warm welcome and their unwavering commitment to doing a good job! Unfortunately, we won't be returning, as we were made to feel like we didn't understand the etiquette.

The staff were incredibly attentive, the setting was superb, with an excellent menu, thank you again, we had a wonderful time!

A birthday lunch in a peaceful little haven in the garden. Impeccable service, creative dishes. Thank you to the whole team for this excellent customer experience.

What a meal! We were charmed from beginning to end. The ambiance of the dining room and the originality of the decor. The impeccable service. The carefully curated wine list. The numerous and daring amuse-bouches were so intensely aromatic that we were delighted to welcome the asparagus prepared in all its forms, which, with elegance, prepared the way for the Arctic char followed by the rabbit... Special mention, for me, goes to the combination of banana guacamole, amaranth risotto, sorrel egg, and cedra ravioli. It's off the beaten path, and we left feeling delighted. So much inventiveness and mastery on the plate. It's beautiful, it's delicious, always perfectly balanced. BRAVO!

We were seated on the brasserie side of the terrace, a group of 10. The setting is magnificent, with plenty of outdoor space. The service was excellent. The cuisine is very refined: for a brasserie, it's almost semi-gastronomic. A real treat! I hope to try the fine dining side of the restaurant soon.
