Very nice discovery close to the beach the hotel and the restaurant are great - the welcome from the owners is very pleasant - they are very professional and friendly - we are a bit at home 😃👍 - I recommend this establishment for your stays in houlgate 👍👍

Arriving late, more than 10 p.m., we tried our luck. The boss receives us very kindly and offers us his last room. It is much too expensive for us, but faced with our crestfallen head he offers us a good discount considering the lateness of the hour. There's nothing to say, it's perfect. The room is magnificent, the bed super large and comfortable and the people very kind, smiling and polite. It’s really a good establishment!

Came for the restaurant and I was not disappointed! The meal was excellent from start to finish, especially the roast fish!

I found this restaurant by chance, and I chose it for its menu which is well balanced and coherent, no more than 5 dishes per category, and which does not go in all directions. The welcome, already very friendly, by a young and dynamic and relaxed team, but at your disposal to satisfy you and advise you as best as possible, my wife being allergic to gluten is not always easy, all in a magnificent setting ; Let's sit down at the table, four people and all mussels, each one as excellent as the next, a cream mold, well creamed not just a little cream on top, no, a real Norman cream that lasts until the bottom of the pan , the same for me the Breton mussels, with a real calvados which invites you to finish your pan all the way to the bottom, a madness, my wife had the price of the vegetable of the sun real fresh vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, eggplant, a fillet of white wine, even the simple Marinière is at the top with its Bouchot mussels, all the mussel casseroles are cooked to order, and you can taste it. As for desserts, a wonderful, wonderful one with fresh fruit, a perfect meringue and homemade crème fraiche, we have a homemade chocolate mousse with a few grains of fleur de sel, that changes everything. I would happily go back, go there with your eyes closed and don't read the old reviews, this house is just perfect now. On the hotel side I haven't tried it, just the restaurant.

We tried the restaurant and frankly it was top notch!! The meal was delicious, with everything homemade, special mention for the fish soup, we left with a full stomach and good things!!!! The very pleasant waitress and a friendly and welcoming team. We recommend!!!

We had dinner at this establishment's restaurant and it's a great place. Attentive service, simple and impeccable dishes with great taste. It was really a pleasant find. Note that the establishment has just been renovated and has a great look, very different from the photo in Google Maps.

Repas en duo. Table réservée au préalable . L accueil est sympathique. Le menu laisse du choix les prix sont modérés. Bons produits service rapide. ( juste le menu sur le site n est pas à jour ) Une bonne adresse 😊
