A fantastic place for a romantic dinner for two, offering truly high-quality cuisine. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. This is fine dining, so please don't expect pizza and schnitzel. If you enjoy good food and don't have to find fault with everything... you absolutely must go. We love it. The service is also excellent.

Beautiful wooded setting, refined cuisine, beautifully presented dishes. We had a very pleasant time.

It's always a great pleasure to dine at Schlossberg. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is impeccably professional, yet remains deeply warm and attentive. You instantly feel privileged and expected. As for the food, the culinary journey is exceptional every time. The quality of the dishes borders on perfection: the seasonings are perfectly measured, the flavors subtle, and the interplay of textures is simply remarkable. Special mention goes to the cooking, always exquisitely refined, which enhances each ingredient with rare precision. To top it all off, the decor and setting are truly magnificent, offering an atmosphere that is both elegant and intimate, inviting you to linger over this timeless moment. A must-visit in Forbach that I wholeheartedly recommend! ❤️

We were there on Sunday when it was 36 degrees Celsius outside. I had emailed beforehand to ask if the restaurant had air conditioning. The restaurant replied that it was well air-conditioned. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. There was no air conditioning! It was very hot, but unfortunately, cold drinks like bottled water were simply placed on the table instead of in an ice bucket. No one asked if we wanted anything else to drink when the table was cleared. I was disappointed because even the friendly staff acknowledged how hot it was. The food was very good and I would recommend it; the three servers were also very nice. But perhaps they should consider making it more comfortable for their guests, given the temperatures.

We just left this restaurant...great menu, excellent presentation, and very good ingredients. The staff were very friendly and equally kind.

I had a wonderful lunch at Le Schlossberg restaurant this afternoon to celebrate my 36th birthday. The setting is magnificent, with elegant and welcoming décor that immediately creates a lovely atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the fish theme and the choice of dishes. The beechwood-smoked salmon for starters was delicious, perfectly aromatic, and very refined. My main course, the fisherman's platter, was generous and flavorful, enhanced by the Provençal herbs that perfectly complemented the fish. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the presentation: the flowers and small decorative touches made each dish as beautiful as it was delicious. A special mention goes to the dessert, a superb raspberry and red berry pavlova, prepared especially for my birthday. This thoughtful touch made the lunch even more memorable. The only slight drawback was that the dining room was a little noisy. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of the experience or the professionalism of the staff. I will gladly return!

We're from the Marne region and we came in February. Passing through Forbach, we decided to come back. Excellent food, very warm welcome, excellent service.
