Restaurant le Schlossberg sur Forbach

We're from the Marne region and we came in February. Passing through Forbach, we decided to come back. Excellent food, very warm welcome, excellent service.

In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Eastern Moselle, in a majestic setting. The prices remain reasonable considering the quality of the food and wines served. A great experience, we'll be back...

The best menu we've had in ages, today on Easter Sunday! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was delicious and perfect. A particular highlight: the ice-cold, incredibly creamy sorbets. We've never before had a frozen raspberry sorbet shaped like a raspberry served with foie gras. Amazing! The lamb was wonderful! Every course clearly required so much effort...
