We just left this restaurant...great menu, excellent presentation, and very good ingredients. The staff were very friendly and equally kind.

I had a wonderful lunch at Le Schlossberg restaurant this afternoon to celebrate my 36th birthday. The setting is magnificent, with elegant and welcoming décor that immediately creates a lovely atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the fish theme and the choice of dishes. The beechwood-smoked salmon for starters was delicious, perfectly aromatic, and very refined. My main course, the fisherman's platter, was generous and flavorful, enhanced by the Provençal herbs that perfectly complemented the fish. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the presentation: the flowers and small decorative touches made each dish as beautiful as it was delicious. A special mention goes to the dessert, a superb raspberry and red berry pavlova, prepared especially for my birthday. This thoughtful touch made the lunch even more memorable. The only slight drawback was that the dining room was a little noisy. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of the experience or the professionalism of the staff. I will gladly return!

We're from the Marne region and we came in February. Passing through Forbach, we decided to come back. Excellent food, very warm welcome, excellent service.

In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Eastern Moselle, in a majestic setting. The prices remain reasonable considering the quality of the food and wines served. A great experience, we'll be back...

The best menu we've had in ages, today on Easter Sunday! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was delicious and perfect. A particular highlight: the ice-cold, incredibly creamy sorbets. We've never before had a frozen raspberry sorbet shaped like a raspberry served with foie gras. Amazing! The lamb was wonderful! Every course clearly required so much effort... Thank you to the kitchen! The friendly service was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this place! We'll be back next year :-) Warm regards from Cologne, Michael and Helene
