Restaurant Le Schtampfel sur Boersch

It's about time I left a review. Think outside the box 😃 The daily special is excellent; the braised beef cheek is so tender you can cut it with a fork and a piece of bread. The service is attentive and readily available. It's best to make a reservation for lunch. The restaurant has about 30 seats inside and a pleasant 30-seat terrace completes the space.

Refined and original cuisine at a reasonable price. €20 for the daily special, I loved it! ❤️

An intimate restaurant that elevates seasonal produce to a gourmet, gastronomic cuisine. Each dish is crafted with finesse and creativity, yet remains generous and bursting with flavor. The carefully selected wines perfectly complement the experience and further enhance the dishes. A truly wonderful discovery.

A very nice experience at Schtampfel. Refined cuisine with fresh, local produce. The only slight downside: after having a glass of white wine with my starter, I ordered a glass of red wine with my meal, and unfortunately, the glass wasn't replaced (the red wine was poured into my glass of white wine).

My third visit to Stampfel confirms my previous impressions. Excellent, flavorful dishes, cooked to perfection. Superb desserts. A very good selection of wines to accompany them. Likewise, the atmosphere is as cozy as ever and the welcome is friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant with my wife. The service was very pleasant, the staff attentive, and the food truly excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. While passing through Alsace, we discovered this little restaurant without having made a reservation. There were only two seats left. The food was excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!
