Very friendly welcome, very original cocktail, it’s a pleasure to discover them. Despite the somewhat cold atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff knew how to make this moment warm on this Sunday evening. Simple and delicate dishes. A big thank you to the whole team 🙏🏻

Rooms are nice and clean but no tissues, no mini fridge, no robes, no kettle to make boiling water or tea. leaking water under the sink! The cleaning people are very kind. the restaurant is awful! Over priced, mediocre food. Breakfast buffet is so basic. Soft and stale pastries. hard non ripe fruit without flavour. coffee machine very mediocre. Not much choice at all for the price. The waiters are kind. The reception people are kinda rude. Not warm and welcoming at all. The indoor pool isn't warm enough at all. The outdoor pool is absolutely freezing and practically nobody is swimming in it. They have beautiful pools, with a slide. Shame that they make no effort in warming the water. They are clean and the guy who looks after the pools is very kind and hard working. It's not his fault the water is freezing cold. The ambiance is calm but that's due to the guests being respectful. Not the hotel. They could do more to make it a little more special. Maybe some music or offering complimentary little snacks and drinks. I'm still in shock that there was no mini fridge. It's probably a cheap hack to make you buy their overpriced drinks at the bar. you also have to pay to use their tennis courts and golf courses. I just want to say again that the cleaning people, the restaurant waiters, the breakfast guy (not girl, she's rude) and the pool man are very, very kind and I hope they are treated well by the hotel!

The place is nice, easy parking. The service is good, the dishes in terms of quality are correct, however for a restaurant near an activity area the prices are a little too high But it remains within the Aix average…

The setting is pleasant, the dishes are OK but not very plentiful, the desserts on the other hand are plentiful, although note that the fruit salad is not the same for all customers! The presentation is not very neat. The welcome and the service are not up to par, 1 hour wait for a coffee never served but billed for, the same for the aperitif, a lot of waiting for not much.

The setting is very pleasant, the food excellent and Emma took very good care of us. Beautiful place, recommended.
