We were skeptical the first time, but that clouded it and we loved it so much that we made it our first choice in Castelnaud. The service - from everyone without exception! - is very, very friendly and fast. inspiring. and the food and wine list are also good. We definitely didn't go because of the view/location since we lived there, but because of the above. Always my pleasure!

Restaurant well located at the foot of the castle. Very pleasant staff. Excellent meal with regional products. The only downside is charging 3 euros for a small spoonful of onion confit. It is an element which is usually part of the dish.

Endroit sympathique pour la vue sur le château et la Dordogne, mais carte trop simple et pas très engageante. Menu enfant avec un seul choix ! Beaucoup de salades composées mais peu de plats régionaux., cela fait penser à une carte de brasserie.Menu à 29.90€ intéressant, les portions sont copieuses .Beau et bon foie gras ! Dessert trop brasserie !

Installed with a pleasant view of the castle and the Dordogne. Price a little high for my taste compared to another restaurant in the area made the night before, but everything was good.

Regional dishes (Périgord) at the height, fast service, friendly staff. Just before visiting the Milandes in the afternoon, it's a very good plan. I recommend

Pas grand chose de Basque dans ce restaurant…. Dommage on s’était arrêtés là pour ça ! Plats chers pour la qualité proposée. Peut mieux faire !

14/08/2024: Superbe endroit pour se restaurer avec un bon rapport qualité prix et un excellent emplacement. Terrasse ombragée agréable.
20/07/2024: Great, very nice restaurant (with great music for once). Discovered by chance before going to visit the castle... the atmosphere is very nice and the food is really good. Very little wait for the peak season and personally I'm on vacation so I'm taking the time to live. Special mention for the burgers to try!!!
