We had a 7 PM reservation, but since we arrived a bit early, we ended up being the first guests of the evening. It was a little awkward and embarrassing, but thanks to the hostess who welcomed us warmly with funny jokes, it turned into a special dinner. Perhaps because French people usually don't have dinner until 8 PM, it seemed like mostly tourists were dining between 7 PM and 8 PM.
As some of you may know, this place offers great value for money for a Michelin One-Star restaurant. The "cello menu" dinner includes a three-course meal for 90 euros.
I found the ravioli I had as an appetizer to be the best, while my friend said the pigeon dish was exceptionally delicious. By just past 8 PM, the seats were almost full, and it seemed that the foie gras, duck, and pigeon dishes were particularly popular. Aside from the food, all the staff were so kind and diligent that it was a truly enjoyable experience. If you are near the Eiffel Tower, be sure to stop by.

The food was absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed. I suggest the Duck breast. Our sever Sorin was extremely kind with a good sense of humor and made our meal and time feel special.

Everything was absolutely superb. I generally find it difficult to describe food and flavors, but this was truly excellent.
For example, I ate pigeon there for the first time, and how can I describe the taste? Delicious! Everything complemented each other perfectly and flowed beautifully. The wine recommendation was spot on, and the staff was very attentive and friendly without being overly attentive. The atmosphere wasn't stiff or stuffy; it was very pleasant.

Delicious, fresh food in generous portions. The dishes came out quickly. I was even more impressed by the warm and attentive service! The best I’ve experienced so far this summer in Paris. The staff were also great with the children and families at neighbouring tables.

An outstanding French fine dining experience that fully deserves its Michelin star. Even our grumpy 12-year-old left with a big smile—a testament to how welcoming and enjoyable the evening was for everyone.
From the warm gougères that welcomed us to the petits fours at the end, every detail reflected exceptional care and craftsmanship. Each dish was beautifully balanced, the wine recommendation was spot on, and the service struck the perfect balance between polished professionalism and genuine warmth—never pretentious, always attentive.
A truly memorable evening and the perfect place to celebrate. Highly recommended.

[Michelin One-Star First Experience: A Stable Lunch Set with an Excellent Dessert] This time, I specifically came to experience the lunch set, and overall, it was quite good. The service was friendly and attentive, and the portions and taste of the dishes were above average. However, the "innovation" in the dishes was somewhat lacking.
Appetizers and Main Courses: The white asparagus appetizer was delicious, perfectly bringing out the natural sweetness of the ingredient. The monkfish main course had excellent texture, perfectly pan-fried to a tender and juicy consistency. Unfortunately, the accompanying sauce was a bit too acidic, which I felt overpowering and didn't quite complement the dish. The duck breast was also tender, but the gamey flavor of the duck was a little too strong.
Desserts and After-Dinner: The desserts were a highlight! The orange liqueur soufflé was perfectly fluffy and delicious, but the orange liqueur flavor was quite strong; those who don't like strong alcohol might want to be mindful (a slightly lighter alcohol content would have been more balanced). The mille-feuille was absolutely amazing! Not only was the portion generous, but the custard sauce was rich and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the crust had none of that unpleasant rancid taste. Highly recommended!
The madeleine served after the meal was also excellent. Furthermore, the blind-selection wine recommended by the staff was a pleasant surprise, pairing wonderfully with the food. Overall, it was a well-rounded dining experience, with the desserts being particularly outstanding.
