Very pleasant restaurant, quiet, fine and tasty cuisine, friendly service.

An initially very warm welcome. Then at your table, a waiter, who seems to behave differently depending on each table. A buffet at €49 per head, which does not justify its price 1) they don't explain everything to us about brunch. Just asked us if we wanted a drink 2) I hear him explain to all the other tables how the brunch is going, with a dish of their choice according to their proposal 3) a sweet/savory buffet with the bare minimum of choice, such as: 2 mixed salads, cold meats, mini croissant or mini pain au chocolat, 2 types of bread with or without gluten Asian choice: tempura or steamed vegetable ravioli or steamed shrimp ravioli Bacon or Scrambled Eggs See for yourself in the video... With just one fresh pressed juice (all the rest of the fruit juices are industrial) And 3 choices of cheese on the platter 🧀 The +: We catch up on the choice of dishes offered today: chicken and risotto or small piece of cod and pan-fried vegetables And they gave us a rose to each customer🌹 The hotel is very nice, but believe me, for this price, I have had much better and more choice. Excellent quality/price ratio especially for the neighborhood, the carte blanche menu allows you to taste the main dishes of the chef without knowing what you will be able to eat since he reserves the right to surprise you more or less depending on the market... . The cuisine is quite sophisticated and original, all accompanied by a different wine depending on the dishes presented. Everything is included in this formula, including the aperitif cocktail, water and hot drinks at the end of the meal. The service is up to par. The only small regret is that the room (partly under construction at the moment) disappointed us a little, the decoration is a little dated and it is not very big. But this is a detail in view of the overall service and the price paid. I therefore recommend this establishment for all that.

Great experience once you have pushed through the front doors of the hotel. The place is calm and pleasant. Beautiful decor. You will be welcomed by professionals and they will provide you with quality service. The kitchen is great. The taste, the quality of the products and the quantity of the portions delighted us. The restaurant in the hotel offers a three-course set menu with not many choices, but it is considered exquisite French cuisine and the presentation is exquisite. The signature dessert is ice cream, recommended if you like ice cream. The taste of the food is pretty average.

The brunch was like a hotel breakfast, probably wouldn't recommend if you are not staying at there already.

Disappointing brunch: the place is narrow and noisy. As for the cuisine: Pago fruit juice; croissants and pain au chocolat that ooze fat; and as an “a la carte” dish: your choice of half a chicken breast with a truffle oil puree or a parmesan risotto accompanied by 3 shrimps. At €50 per person, there are undoubtedly much better options.

Very good dishes offered on the menu, whether starters, main courses or desserts and even drinks. We all really liked it. For my part, I found the dish very delicious in addition to being very elaborate and being well presented on the plate. The sea bream was perfectly cooked, its accompaniment too, the sauce and the beet chips, a lot of research in a dish. The dessert was good, the custard was not too sweet which we really liked. The restaurant is chic and the service impeccable.

Stupendo a dir poco. Situato all'interno di un Hotel, si presenta come un ristorante di altissima classe. Chef a vista e che chef! Servizio ottimo, preciso e attento a tutto. Consigliatissimo! Grazie le W

Nous avons été déjeuner plusieurs fois dans cet établissement. Les repas sont toujours d'une très bonne qualité, le service également. On apprécie particulièrement le brunch du dimanche. Il est très très difficile de trouver mieux à Paris. Il est de qualité très diversifié. C'est très agréable. Le service est très bon. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Nous y avons été à plusieurs reprises et nous n'avons jamais été déçu.
