Fantastic experience at the 7 Mers restaurant in Saint-Malo. The view is simply incredible, with a magnificent panorama of Saint-Malo, especially at sunset. The setting is refined and elegant, with dark and understated tones that create an atmosphere that is both chic and soothing. We chose the Grand Large menu: flavorful, well-balanced dishes with generous portions and high-quality, fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable, attentive, and professional from start to finish. A special mention for the thoughtful touch on my birthday, with a candle, which was a real treat. The price is still quite high, even though the overall experience is exceptional. But it's an address I wholeheartedly recommend!

The welcome is warm. The staff is attentive. The food is excellent. The service is quick. I tried the beetroot as a starter, and then the scallops dipped in the seafood. Delicious with the spider crab bisque for dessert, and the orange and dill (the dill was very subtle). My husband had the poached egg meurette, the scallops as the dish of the day, and for dessert, coffee and sweet potato (original), which he enjoyed. Original cuisine with lots of flavor. The petit fours are delicious (especially the mini chocolate and yuzu tartlet). I highly recommend it.

The best restaurant in Saint-Malo. Every bite is a delight. Refined cuisine, breathtaking sea views, attentive and caring staff! Everything is perfect!

Refined setting and sophisticated cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops from the Bay of Saint-Malo (it was about time, the season is ending...) served in spinach leaves with the beef fillet and Choron sauce. I had the orange-dill dessert, light and perfect for ending the meal. The apple-hazelnut-celery dessert, however, was less convincing to my dining companion (perhaps a surprising combination). The petit fours were excellent. There was a minor hiccup when serving the aperitif, quickly forgotten and rectified: the head waiter apologized profusely and twice offered us glasses of wine, an offer we declined as the incident was truly minor, but it demonstrates that we were dealing with professional staff who were attentive to their customers.

The food was devine and experience superb. A real treat.
