A wonderful experience and a fantastic discovery. We chose the set menu and everything was truly excellent. Delicate and inventive cuisine bursting with flavor. Don't hesitate for a second! The service was top-notch, quick, and always with a smile.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully prepared. The waiter was incredibly friendly, smiling, and very pleasant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only slight drawback was the price, which I found a bit high compared to other restaurants in the city center that also serve fish. But it's still a fantastic place, with high-quality cuisine and excellent service. We had a wonderful time 😊

We arrived directly from Spain to Albi and chose Les Boucholeurs for our first dinner in the city, and it couldn't have been a better choice! From the moment we sat down, the service was attentive and warm, without any rush. We ordered the foie gras mi-cuit and bonito ceviche with citrus and tiger's milk as a starter, which was simply perfect, and the roasted filet de bar with white wine jus court and roasted duck breast with spice reduction, both very well executed. We paired it with a Gaillac wine that complemented the food beautifully. The atmosphere is welcoming, elegant without being pretentious, and the attention to detail is evident in everything, from the kitchen to the service. After a long drive, it was the perfect welcome to Albi. I recommend it without hesitation—we will definitely return the next time we are in the city!

This place is a real treasure! From the moment we stepped inside our host/waiter was warm and welcoming and we felt very well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked and each dish felt well balanced. The décor and atmosphere is modern and cosy, it felt luxurious without being pretentious. We went as a party of 4 and we all loved it. Definitely a place to come back to again and again.

A warm and professional welcome. We had a wonderful time enjoying the €21 lunch menu, which was very tempting and expertly prepared with excellent fresh, homemade ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. Excellent value for money. The setting is very pleasant, the service attentive and friendly; we highly recommend it! We will be back to explore the à la carte menu, which made our mouths water just by looking at it.
