Excellent food and wine. Service a little bit slow at times. Lovely atmosphere and would recommend. Good prices.

The location, with its outdoor terrace overlooking the cathedral, is fantastic. Did we expect too much from the cuisine that had been so highly praised? We were a little disappointed. We opted for the set menu, and while the starter (celery root and herring) didn't exactly blow us away, it was a pleasant surprise: fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I expected more from the main course (veal paupiette). While the side dish was very good, the paupiette was seriously overcooked. As for the dessert (French toast), it was bland, with an unpleasant texture, and the "style" of crème anglaise at the bottom of the plate was definitely not homemade. We appreciated being able to pair our meal with wine by the glass at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a mixed experience. Perhaps we just had an off day. I have no doubt that the à la carte dishes are of a higher quality. Could the organization be improved further? A person greeted us and showed us to our table, saying that she (or we) – I can't remember exactly. Another person came to take our order, and we still hadn't seen the daily menu. A third person continued serving us, starting with the main course. A table next door had to ask for the wine they had ordered, which they still hadn't received after their appetizers had been cleared. Many of these comments should be considered more as constructive feedback, intended to encourage improvement rather than as reprimands.

A fantastic restaurant, one of my favorites!! Having eaten there many times, I've never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food and the ingredients used (which are, incidentally, local). The staff is always very friendly and the service is very fast. I'll never tire of going there, I highly recommend it!!

We had the most amazing meal here. Sunday night and very busy. We suggest making g a Reservation The service was excellent. Not slow, but not too quick. Food itself was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend if in Albi.😋

A magnificent restaurant with a magnificent team! The welcome was professional, friendly, and warm. The cuisine was beautifully prepared using fresh, seasonal produce and delicious reinterpretations (like rice pudding, for example). A truly wonderful place to eat right in the heart of Albi, opposite the cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. It's the perfect spot for a break thanks to its large terrace. Many thanks again to the entire team for this wonderful culinary experience.
