I ate there in 2019, and again last week. The experience was completely different. The quality has declined. Oh well. It's still a good place to spend some time on the terrace with a glass of wine.

M.I.A: Best Interlude in Albi. Mia is also the name of the charming young woman who served us dishes worthy of this restaurant's reputation. And in particular, a delicious and surprising wine called "Tandem".

On our first day of vacation in the region, this restaurant was recommended to us by an excellent hotelier (Hôtel Les Pasteliers). After a very warm welcome and seating on the terrace overlooking the cathedral, we enjoyed a delicious meal. We had flavorful lamb shoulder and tuna steak with aioli sauce (both perfectly cooked), followed by a red fruit cheesecake and a crispy chocolate mousse and praline tartlet. A wonderful balance of flavors, a cuisine based on excellent ingredients showcased to great effect. Congratulations on the service and the food!

We had a great meal! I loved the tomato gazpacho; it was so refreshing and refreshing in this heat, hehe. Beautiful view from the terrace and energetic servers! 🎀🦅🎀

Excellent restaurant opposite Albi Cathedral. The terrace must be lovely with a superb view of the cathedral. However, with the current heatwave, it's best to stay inside with the air conditioning. Delicious food. Friendly service.

A wonderful discovery! A warm welcome! The whole team is friendly and welcoming. The terrace is beautiful and the view of the cathedral is breathtaking. The menu is well-crafted with excellent ingredients. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for everything!
