Restaurant Les Corallines sur La Grande-Motte

Let's start with the positive point of the stay: the location of this hotel, a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. The reception staff are very friendly, nothing to say on that front. We had access to the SPA at no extra cost. On this side I am quite disappointed, the water of the marine course (indoor swimming pool, jaccouzi, etc.) is cold. The sauna and the sensory shower were not working. In the end, only the hammam and the outdoor swimming pool remained (which I believe is warmer than the indoor swimming pool). Not to mention the friendliness of the spa staff which clearly leaves something to be desired. Last thing to deplore, there are only 2 showers for the entire spa, a queue of 1/2 hour, not counting the changing cabins of which there are 4 for women and men. Clearly disappointed, we will not come back, too bad the setting is splendid.

Marine course 2 hours. The water in the pool was not very warm and that in the counter-current swimming area and the jacuzzi was very cold. I had to report that the hammam was not working and after 1/4 hour it worked again but not at full power. A clock is missing at the level of the pool to know how much time we have left on the course. The sauna with sea view is pleasant.

Excellent evening spent in this establishment with the Pyramid of Ages association. Excellent meal and great entertainment with the Julien orchestra

Very nice place, quiet and relaxing. The spaces are well appointed. The welcome from the staff is warm. Unfortunately, I withdraw two stars for the 2 "professionals" who giggled throughout our "marine duo immersion" service and treatments.

Menu 3 plats à 38€ pas de choix d entrées de plats ou de desserts Entrée Salade grecque 4 feuilles de Romaines avec concombres tomates fêta et olives noires le tout assaisonné avec une sauce au yaourt basique Plat Dos de cabillaud sur lit de risotto au chorizo et noisettes grillées le poisson était parfaitement cuit nacré et le risotto bien relevé bon plat Dessert Crème brûlée bonne mais 1/2 portion 5cm de circonférence sur même pas un 1 cm de hauteur Au vue des produits et des propositions c’est cher Quand au service totalement dépassé le personnel est sympathique et disponible mais le rythme en cuisine ne suit pas un groupe de 20 et les 14 autres convives attendent en moyenne 45 min entre chaque plat 🥵 Quand ont fait une journée thalasso on na pas envie de passer 2h15 à table mais de profiter des infrastructures

heureusement que le cadre est magnifique au bord de la piscine et qu'on puisse manger en peignoir mais ce qui est du menu imposé à 38€ c'est un peu limite : pas de choix rien de surprenant dans l'assiette un peu ordinaire pour le prix
