I had a great day at the thalassotherapy center. Special mention to Youssra, a very pleasant person who gave me all the information I needed, very nice, she's a real gem.

Two days at the spa and one night at the hotel.
We told the reception staff everything when we left, and during our stay, we were able to verify all the positive and especially negative reviews found here on Google.
The hotel is very outdated; is there still a maintenance budget? The rooms are from another era, poorly maintained, and definitely not rated 4 stars, but more like 3. There was no supervision at the pool; some guests wore swim shorts (which are prohibited), and others didn't have swim caps. There was no soap in the showers, and there was a major problem with all of them. I noticed an issue with the temperature regulation; sometimes it was scalding hot, sometimes it was freezing cold. As a result, everyone did as they pleased and didn't shower before getting in the water. Otherwise, the pool water was a good temperature. If you're planning to dine out on a Monday evening, make alternative arrangements, as both restaurants are closed (we weren't informed beforehand), and only room service is available, provided you order before 6:30 PM. We had lunch the following day at the ground-floor restaurant, but the fire alarm went off just as we were sitting down. There were about forty diners in the dining room. The waiter closed the front door, and then nothing. We were left staring at each other, wondering if the fire alarm was real or a false alarm. The siren blared for almost five minutes (no exaggeration). I decided to get up and go find the staff, who had all left. I ran into our waiter and asked him if the alarm was real. His response: "If it had been real, I would have told you." Then, with the siren still blaring, he prepared to take our order. His response and attitude angered me. I pointed out to him, confronting him with his responsibilities and trying to make him take responsibility, that he should inform all the diners that the alarm was false, as everyone was worried about the situation. He did nothing despite my repeated requests. So, I got up from my chair and informed the other customers. Annoyed by the situation, I left the restaurant to eat at the one on the first floor, where everything went smoothly. During our meal, the restaurant manager came to see me to defend his ground-floor staff and also to justify their actions. Annoyed by the situation and the casual way in which this incident was taken, or not taken, seriously, I ended the conversation. One can certainly question the staff's fire safety training. The best part was the staff in the first-floor restaurant who managed to calm me down during the meal.
One last issue I noticed: we each had a body wrap treatment.
This service was performed by two different people, and after comparing the two, we didn't receive exactly the same treatment. For me, it was a five-minute treatment: I was smeared with clay, wrapped in a blanket, and left alone in a room for 20-25 minutes, with no music or ambient fragrance—the bare minimum. I would have appreciated a neck pillow, the scent of eucalyptus essential oil, and some relaxing music, especially since the treatment isn't cheap. A shower afterward to remove the product and two hand towels to dry off would have been nice. I'm 1.80 meters tall and weigh 100 kg, so... My partner, for the same treatment, also received a neck pillow, a scalp, face, and neck massage, moisturizing oil on her face, and a bath towel. For her, the price was justified. In conclusion, I won't be going back. Even though we're locals, I don't recommend this establishment, which has lost its former glory but has managed to maintain high prices.

Just half a day at the Tamaris restaurant, treatments, and marine circuit.
The restaurant was OK, not for big eaters, but the service was impeccable.
The treatment and relaxing massage were top-notch.
The reception was fine.
For the rest, a bit lacking. The changing room for the marine circuit was nonexistent, there were no showers, and the jacuzzi in the pool was okay, but very few jets, all the same. In short, very disappointed in that respect.

We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the thalassotherapy center to everyone. Free parking.
The staff are very professional and friendly.
The only downside is that it's a bit old. What a shame...
We returned in January 2026. The complex is very outdated. The sensory shower is no longer available. There's no more music in the hammams. It's too cold in the relaxation corridors. I think there are many things that need to be addressed.
The staff are very friendly and the restaurants are of good quality.

This center is always top-notch.
The rooms are spacious.
The king-size bed is perfect.
The memory foam pillows are excellent.
The little café is available.
As for the wellness center, it's fantastic.
I went at the right time of year because the hammam and sauna were deserted.
I also spent time at the pool: aqua biking, jacuzzi, cool water marine circuit, massage jets—pure bliss.
The food is excellent, both breakfast (lots of choices, both savory and sweet) and lunch, perfect with a sea view. The service is pleasant, the staff are smiling and helpful.
The center is close to the sea, so you can take walks on the beach and stroll along the seafront.

I was lucky enough to treat myself to a sound massage by Nicolas, and it was a truly relaxing and stress-free experience. I highly recommend it. Thanks also to the entire thalassotherapy team; we had a wonderful time.

We've been coming every January for several years.
The welcome is always so pleasant.
The setting is right on the seafront. Breathtaking view.
Excellent breakfast...fresh, high-quality products, lots of choice, the different fresh breads are very good, as are the pastries and viennoiseries.
We will be back and we highly recommend it.
