A very warm welcome from the staff at the entrance of the establishment, especially from Françoise who found the perfect package for me as a birthday gift. She took the time to explain the program I had chosen. For now, I'm delighted to have booked in La Grande Motte for the end of June and can't wait to enjoy this afternoon of lunch/treatment/relaxation! Special mention to Véronique and Alexandra for their wonderfully gentle massages, fragrant with coconut oil, this Pentecost weekend ☺️

Hello, we've been coming to your center for several years to enjoy treatments, but today I had the best massage I've ever had. A huge thank you to Alexandra for this exceptional treatment.

The spa is fantastic with its sea view and friendly welcome! I really enjoyed Véronique's massage; she was both professional and caring. I loved it so much that I found it too short—I'll be back for a one-hour massage! 🙏

Not great… We had access to the Marine Circuit + 2 treatments (whirlpool bath and massage). We left disappointed and sooner than expected: the facilities are very outdated… the water is really not hot, just lukewarm, and there aren't many pools. Whirlpool bath: I had hot water, but my companion only had lukewarm water, like the pools. Massage: Okay in itself, depending on who you get, but it feels very "assembly-lined." The reception and restaurant are good, and the staff is good. Conclusion: The facilities need improvement. The water temperatures are also inadequate, and perhaps the massage/treatment/bath areas/corridors could be made warmer, more intimate, and more inviting. For now, we won't be returning; we'll see if the establishment modernizes.

The hotel is aging poorly; it's still decent but needs renovation. Access to the thalassotherapy center, the swimming pool, and the small gym are essential features of this hotel. We had a couples massage – very good.

The hotel is very well located for those seeking peace and quiet with a beautiful sea view. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, both in terms of treatments and reception, especially Christophe and his team! However, the rooms could use some updating; given the rather high price (early May), one expects better. Nevertheless, it remains a very pleasant hotel for guests seeking relaxation and well-being.

My wife and I chose the Harmonia treatment with Nicolas at Spa Première Ligne. A highly recommended experience! It had everything you could want from this type of treatment, including foot reflexology, cranial massage, back massage... a truly relaxing moment! A big thank you to Nicolas for his attentiveness, patience, and professionalism. We will definitely do it again next time we are in the area.
