An overall rather negative experience, unfortunately. The hotel itself is quite dated, and the rooms could use some updating. Several things disappointed us: insufficient insulation, the shower temperature fluctuating wildly between freezing cold and scalding hot, poor drainage, disastrous Wi-Fi with frequent outages, some algae in the pool, etc. One expects a higher level of service when booking a stay at around €250 a night, especially in a 4-star hotel. On the other hand, some aspects are truly worth highlighting: the restaurant was very good and particularly affordable, as was the breakfast buffet (although a bit pricey at €19 per person), the service and staff were excellent, and the hotel's location is ideal with a beautiful view and the beach just steps away. In summary, a very pleasant setting and team, but services and general condition which seem below what one can expect at this price.

A fantastic stay. I only spent one night, but it felt like I was there for 10 days! All the staff were competent and attentive (and they know I'm not just saying that to sound fancy; I called everyone—the housekeeper, the head waiter, the beauticians/masseuses, and even the spa manager and the beach attendants smiled at me as if I'd been a customer for 10 years, even though it was my first time). I can't wait to bring my friends. I understand some of the mixed reviews, but they seem to have forgotten that only automated systems and robots are "perfect" (and even then...). I mentioned two or three things that could be improved with a smile; I don't think I was disrespectful to anyone! Anyway, book room 201 for me; I'll be back every week. I want a loyalty card! ;) Thank you!

My girlfriend and I spent the day there, enjoying two treatments. The massage was great. The facial was amazing, with Audrey having magic hands. The meal at the restaurant was also incredible and delicious. The servers were very friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant day. I highly recommend it.

I came from far away for a relaxing spa day... Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it as the pool water was cold, and the same for the jacuzzi. I thank Carla at reception for her kind gesture. Miss Jessica Lopez, Brigitte
