Exceptional review An absolutely wonderful experience at this Thalasso Spa, which I wholeheartedly recommend! A day of treatments shared with my mother will remain a beautiful memory, thanks in particular to an exceptional team. A huge thank you especially to Françoise at reception. Incredibly kind and with a wonderful smile, she literally made the impossible possible. While a colleague I spoke to on the phone hadn't been able to find a solution, Françoise took the time to understand my request, find a solution, and plan a magnificent day of treatments for me and my mother. Her attentiveness, professionalism, availability, and good humor truly made all the difference. She perfectly embodies the spirit of a quality establishment! A big thank you also to Marie-France, who was incredibly kind and immediately put me at ease for the Hydrojet treatment. A truly relaxing moment, with very pleasant and attentive service. And finally, a huge shout-out to Léa ❤️. A truly wonderful person, as pleasant as she is professional. She gave me an amazing massage: a real moment of well-being and complete relaxation! She also took care of my pressotherapy, always with great gentleness, professionalism, and kindness. These three people greatly contributed to making this day exceptional. Françoise, Marie-France, and Léa: a huge thank you to you all! A team that goes the extra mile, a pleasant atmosphere, and above all, genuine human connection. Perfect location right near the beach and boardwalk. Staff was friendly for the most part, although there is a bit of a language barrier if you only speak English. The pool was very nice and the water warm, but busy during the day. It clears out quickly after 6 pm and is virtually empty after 7 pm, except for swallows and seagulls coming to drink and sometimes bathe. The room layout (Room 111) is rather strange in that the toilet is in a small closet-sized, unventilated room separate from the shower and sink. Not sure of the reason for this, but it is somewhat awkward. The breakfast had a great variety and quality of food, but is not included in the room price, unfortunately. Very nice, open air dining facilities.

My husband and I came to this establishment for a half-day wellness experience, which included access to the relaxation facilities and two treatments: a hot tub and a massage. The massage went very well, and we were satisfied. However, the hot tub experience was much more disappointing. The jets were extremely powerful, to the point of being painful and unbearable. The staff had told me that someone would come to check if everything was alright, but ultimately no one did. I therefore had to get out of the hot tub before the end, as the pain was so intense. The system also seemed to be malfunctioning: when I stood up, the water jets shot out of the room, suggesting that the equipment might have been faulty. What is also regrettable is that no compensation or special attention was offered to me following this incident. Unfortunately, it was a mixed experience, all the more disappointing as we had come to spend a moment of relaxation and well-being.

The 90-minute sound massage is pure bliss. Performed by a passionate therapist, and despite his reputation, it's a profound experience, beginning with exceptional foot reflexology that focuses on identified issues. The massage continues with the head and various other areas, including the neck and back. The treatment concludes by immersing the body in the vibrations and sounds of various instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls. Highly original and powerful, I highly recommend it!
