A warm and cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff, generous portions at reasonable prices. It was a lovely discovery; I really liked Les Frangins, but I'd love Le Bouillon Les Frangins just as much... Easy parking and you can also continue your evening at their Old Fashioned bar right next door 👍👍👍

I have heart problems, or perhaps I shouldn't eat too much salt. I came to this restaurant twice, asking for unsalted fries. They refused and served me salted ones. I wasn't asking for anything fancy. Unsalted fries aren't complicated or time-consuming to make. Furthermore, we had a reservation the day before and didn't get a table.
I won't be returning to this restaurant, which doesn't follow customer requests.

A wonderful discovery! My partner took me there because she goes with her colleagues. The setting is very pleasant, the service is friendly and quick, and the food is simple yet delicious.
The prices are very reasonable: €50 for two, including aperitifs, main courses, and desserts.
That evening, the andouillette sausage was excellent, as was the flank steak. And the chocolate mousse? What can I say? Absolutely divine, as our son would say, and the portion was generous too... A must-try! The tiramisu slice was incredible (I saw it at the neighboring table). A minor complaint about the chocolate fondant: the slice was really small, which was a shame.
I would gladly return to try other tempting dishes.
So, in short: go and try it!
It's best to book in advance to be sure of getting a table, given how busy it gets in the evening.
I'll update the star rating when the time comes, but it shouldn't go down...

People without reservations are seated in a small area near the entrance and kept separate from the other guests. The Landes salad was missing pine nuts and gizzards? There were far too many breadcrumbs. The French toast needs improvement; it was just a slice of toasted brioche topped with salted caramel and a scoop of ice cream. The French toast itself was dry and not at all soft. The meal was more appetizing and better prepared.

It's a broth in name only!
Industrial egg mayonnaise, freeze-dried onion soup, tasteless steak tartare...
Only the chocolate mousse appealed to me.
Prices were reasonable, though. Nothing like the Parisian broths, which is a shame.
On the other hand, the service was pleasant and professional.

New concept, new cuisine from the brothers. Top-notch. Tables are a little close together, but you don't notice it after a while. Great atmosphere, great food, just like home! I highly recommend it!
