Restaurant Les Selves sur Carros

I just celebrated my 50th birthday at this restaurant about ten days ago. I had a truly memorable evening, and that's undoubtedly thanks in part to them. Everything was managed perfectly from beginning to end. When we arrived to help set up the decorations, the tables were beautifully laid and arranged exactly as planned. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves throughout, starting with the aperitif, which was very varied and generous, featuring local specialties, and the cocktail was delicious. The main course prepared for the occasion (ravioli with beef stew) was succulent! And finally, the cake we chose, a strawberry cake, was absolutely delicious! All my friends and family were unanimous: the meal was delicious. Cathy, Steven, and the cook (I unfortunately can't remember her name) were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Cathy gave us excellent advice during the party planning beforehand. In short, go for it without hesitation!

An excellent restaurant with beautiful dishes, both in taste and presentation. A warm welcome for us northerners, a very nice selection of dishes – it was very good.

I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for years, and I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, the food is good, and the service is impeccable. I love their scorpionfish ravioli, which is divine! We always have a great time, I recommend it.

Welcoming staff, young and dynamic waitresses, and a manager attentive to customers' needs. Good meal with generous portions, even for the €19 daily menu. Good value for money for home-cooked food. I recommend it 👍
