Absolutely fantastic! The owner is in love with Greece, especially Kos. The waitress Adeline was also fantastic, exceptionally kind, and hats off to the chef—simply superb!

We came on a recommendation and the experience exceeded our expectations! Quality (we greatly appreciated the homemade aspect), friendliness, conviviality, service... in short... everything was PERFECT! Exceptional value for money! Well done and thank you! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! We'll be back!!!

Today we went to eat at the restaurant L'Évidence in Noeux-les-Mines. Simply excellent!!!! The owner was incredibly attentive. The cuisine was refined and delicious. A truly wonderful experience. The best restaurant in the area, without a doubt. Highly recommended!!

A true gem! An exceptional discovery from start to finish. Delicious, high-quality dishes, beautifully presented and incredibly generous. Every plate is enticing from the moment you sit down! The restaurant is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, and the service is simply perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive, always smiling and caring. A must-try that I recommend 1000%!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice interior. We complimented the chef. The monkfish risotto was excellent. It was our first time there, we'll definitely go back and we recommend this establishment.

17/02/2026: A magnificent gourmet restaurant. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the detour. In a stunning setting, both inside and out, we were welcomed into a dining room with a refined, classic yet modern decor in very pleasant shades of gray. The service was efficient and discreet. The staff seemed small, but were efficient and friendly. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were exceptional. A three-course tasting menu is offered, in addition to an à la carte menu that emphasizes homemade dishes. We had an excellent culinary experience at this establishment, which I highly recommend.
05/01/2026: We ate at this restaurant after consulting the famous Michelin guide. And we must say we didn't regret our choice, as we had a very good meal. The dining rooms are pleasant and beautifully decorated; we appreciated the preserved charm of the old building. The service was cordial, though perhaps a little reserved on that particular day. We will, however, gladly return.
