Absolutely fantastic! The owner is in love with Greece, especially Kos. The waitress Adeline was also fantastic, exceptionally kind, and hats off to the chef—simply superb!

Today we went to eat at the restaurant L'Évidence in Noeux-les-Mines.
Simply excellent!!!!
The owner was incredibly attentive.
The cuisine was refined and delicious.
A truly wonderful experience.

A true gem! An exceptional discovery from start to finish. Delicious, high-quality dishes, beautifully presented and incredibly generous. Every plate is enticing from the moment you sit down!
The restaurant is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, and the service is simply perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive, always smiling and caring. A must-try that I recommend 1000%!
